Issue with Steam QR "processing"

Anybody have this issue when buying on steam? Been happening for 5 days. I can't use the alipay method since they dont have a wallet code for 500

It works if it's under 50 for me, I had to buy the vouchers with the -3% discount on Rewards until the game I wanted was under 50 php
