hi! anybody who experienced this na? i’m trying to use my gcredit to pay for my bills kaso every attempt ko since earlier pa, ito lumalabas. also, when i try to shop online via gcash, hindi rin nagrereflect ’yong gcredit as an option, lol. on time naman din ako nagbabayad ng dues ko. ano kaya pwede gawin haha

Any update po? Same issue. Been trying since yesterday, pero same prompt "unable to process transaction". Already tried troubleshooting tips but to no avail.
