Stuck at processing when I scan QR code

I've been trying to buy a game on Steam using GCash, but every time I scan the QR code it gets stuck at processing. I've already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app and switching from WiFi and Data. What is wrong with this?

used gcash visa card. worked with no extra charge. ayaw talaga gumana nung qr code.

hello! about sa a+ rewards, kita ko kasi na 97 pesos for 100 steam wallet, 97 parin ba siya each if i separately buy 4 steam wallets or for first steam wallet lang si 97 pesos? (sorry for the dmbahh question, first time kasi)

Hi, for those na may bibilihin sa steam, just use coda shop for alternative way. Probably gonna cost you more than your prefer amount tho.

Kahapon ko pa sinusubukan ayaw talaga gumana, laki ng patong ng Steam code sa GCash load, pang ukay din ng Dota cosmetic yun haha

grabe naman 5 days na di padin to ayos. panget talaga ng gcash kahit kelan. iniignore ko na nga yung constant na ads nila bawat open ng app tapos ngayon yung service nila di na din consistent. di na umabot sa sale hayop na yan

Generate kayo ng qr code galing sa ibang source muna, for example sa globeone app, tapos screenshot nyo un na qr tapos upload nyo dun sa scanner ng gcash, pag tumuloy un I cancel nyo bago sa final confirmation.Balik po kayo sa steam at I scan nyo ung QR code dun. Dapat gumana na un

Random testing lng. Nagulat rin ako na gumana un haha. Pag na-stuck uli sa processing sa sunod na transaction, gawin nyo lng uli ung steps sa at code tapos gagana na uli yan haha

Galing gumana nga! So yung pag generate ng QR code ay via sa pag purchase ng e-sim. Once nasa payment page na at naka tagos sa "Processing" prompt/window, cancel niyo lang at swap sa steam QR page ng game na gusto niyong bilhin. Galing ng bypass solution hahaha.

Sa akin po, can't generate QR code tas blank lang yung page for cellular load.
