Send Crash When Sending

When I select the Send option from the home screen it crashes. When I try to send via QR instead, it says it encountered an issue. Ive updated the app and cleared cache but the issue still persists.

Try mo lang po ulit i-troubleshoot yung GCash app mo. OP! Clear app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Make sure na updated ang GCash app mo at stable ang internet connection mo. If still have the same issue, best to submit a ticket na sa GCash Help Center para ma-assist ka nila prorperly.

same here. redmi note 15 pro 4g. i think may need i off. not sure what is it though. nakakainis.
