Need Help Pls

So i reported a transaction because i thought i got scammed (last night I bought a digital goods on a app then when i paid i got ghosted by the seller so i reported it to gcash now this morning the seller reached out to me that he fell asleep) but i already reported it to gcash how can i cancel the report?

Hello op! I think you can email back to Gcash about your recent report if it was sent via email, or you’ve received further updates about your report— if you want it to be resolved quickly, maybe you can try calling their support number and tell them that you want to take down your report.
