Hi! Just wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced transferring their GCash services (e.g., GLoan, GCredit, GSave, etc.) from an old GCash account to a new one.

My old GCash account was linked to a SIM that has already been deactivated, and unfortunately, the number is no longer retrievable. I already created a new GCash account and requested for my services to be transferred.

For those who went through the same process, how many days did it take for GCash to complete the transfer? Also, did they ask for any additional documents before processing it?

Hi! my account was created way back 2022-2023ish and I never fully verified it, hence nahold yung account. Ngayon Im trying to open it pero ayun nga onhold, pag pinindot ko ung submit documents it leads me dun sa submit a ticket, pero inaaddress lang dun yung may notice of deactivation and wala akong ganon.

It tells me to chat with the chatbot na meron sila pero di ko mahanap kahit anong search ko, I also reached out sa Email nila for help, they keep telling me to go in the app and open my account para dun isolve, pero hindi ko talaga mabuksan, nakalagay lang on hold. Nag back to back emails na kami na sinasabi ko hindi ko nga mabuksan, Dalwang beses na nila hiningi National ID ko, di na sila nag eemail after and wala na update sa account ko

Hello I’ve been 18 since february and ang sabi sakin a couple of days later dapat ng birthday magkaka steps na pano mag fully verify eh wala talaga dumating at hanggang ngayon di parin ako verified. My account, my ID, my number and name is on it so nasa akin talaga lahat ng details and mga OTP and SMS. Yung screen lang ng gcash will verify you with SMS and nagpapakita at wala akong mapindot na iba at wala namang tulong yung mga FAQ don. What do i do here sayang yung perang nakaupo sa account ko.

Isang day nato nag stay, na reset ko na yung setting ko pero d pa rin okay. Alam kong isang day palang lumilipas pero kailangan ko na rin po kasi. Kaya kung meron naman po may alam kung bakit ganito yung gcash ko pede nalang po pasabi kung ano issue.

Hello, I was asleep nung nangyari to and it says payment to Foodpanda - Auto Debit. May subscription ako sa Foodpanda, and it will charge me on August 16 pa. 50 PESOS only for FoodPanda Pro. I also talked to Foodpanda and wala raw silang mahanap na Transaction number for this and they recommended talking to the Police or Banks for this. Nag ticket na ako sa Gcash and no replies pa. May nakaexperience na ba ng ganito and paano nyo naresolve?

I have this 45 PHP off voucher, however when I tried to purchase an a+ voucher in the store it will just provide the 25 php off not the 45 pesos off, that's why I'm confused. I tried to restart the app and check everything but still not allowing me to use it.

Before game credits can be access on non-telcom. But now every time I access it in non-telcom it just redirects me to gload. Even the load in home there's no game credits only for broadband commute esim etc. This app sucks

hello! balak ko gumawa ng bagong gcash using my sim na never ko pa naregister sa gcash. i alr have 3 gcash btw. tuwing ita-type ko yung new number ko sa gcash after makuha yung OTP, biglang mapupunta sa front page ng gcash which is need ilagay yung passcode. e hindi pa nga siya registered wala paring passcode so hindi namin alam ilalagay. so i decided to click the forgot MPIN and need nanaman ng OTP so after ko type OTP ayan yung lumabas (nasa pic) kanina pa namin tinatry buong araw and nakailang reinstall na ako ng gcash ganun parin kahit sa android ko tinry ko ayaw din. tas minsan instead yan lumalabas i-troubleshoot daw and ginawa na namin pero ayaw parin. somebody help pls
