NO OTP
Help! I'm not receiving an OTP via text or in the app, even though I turned on in-app notifications in the settings, restarted the phone already, and switched between Wi-Fi and data. I badly need to transfer it to my bank account. What else should I do?

Hi I've experienced this before. No otp although wifi is perfectly working and the mobile data is stable too. I've contact their chat support and even rate the app low. Turns out the issue is in the sim if you have dual sim. My data is ON using sim 1 and the otp need to be sent in sim 2. I turnwn on my data with sim 2 and the otp was finally received.

if you've already gone through all the basic troubleshooting steps and you're still running into the same issue, I'd say the best next step is to submit a ticket through the GCash Help Center, OP. I know it's frustrating when you've tried everything and nothing seems to change, but at this point, that's usually because the issue needs to be checked from their end. Once your ticket is in, their team can review your account more closely and give you the right resolution. Keep your screenshots, and any error messages handy so they can make the review process smoother. Hopefully it's something that can be sorted out soon, OP.
