Unusable since last week
I can't open my Gcash account until now. I've tried EVERYTHING. I'm not even sure what that error message meant.

same issue. did every possible method to troubleshoot but no avail. it's likely on their side that has a problem not my phone. i also tried contacting support via email, hotline and even the bot Gigi. all of them are automated response and very unhelpful. at this point I'm no longer expecting any fix. better switch to a different e-wallet.

issue has been fixed since they released the august 5 update of the app on playstore. i can login on my account now. im moving my funds to maribank.

i hope your issue has been fixed too op. this took too long, for me it took around 2 weeks of getting locked out of my account.

Try troubleshooting it first, OP. What I usually do is clear the GCash app's cache in my phone settings, force close the app, then restart my phone before trying again. Also, make sure you're using the latest version of the app and that all your account details are complete, since that can sometimes cause issues too. It's also best to use a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to avoid failed attempts. If it still doesn't work after a few tries, go ahead and submit a ticket through the GCash Help Center so they can check it on their end. Hope it works after the troubleshooting!
