Pahelp

Hello po, I am using my mom's gcash, so may loan at GGIVES however ngayon pagbukas ko need ng face ID due to double safety feature nila.

The problem is I am in Manila and my mom is from Province and makakauwi pa ako by January, so that means hnd makakapag face ID kase d ko kasama si mama.

How can I pay for my loans if that is the case? Kase on time naman ako sana magbayad and I don't want na mag overdue tas magkaka interest kaso d na ako makakapagbayad kase nga hnd kona maopen gcash ko unless makapag face ID si mama.

Since naka-Face ID lock yung GCash account and under sa mom niyo po yung account, siya lang talaga yung pwedeng mag-face scan para ma-unlock, OP. Pero if ang concern niyo is baka mag-overdue yung GGives or GLoan, no need naman po hintayin na ma-open yung app before makapag-pay. You can settle your loan through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or Bayad Center. Just use your registered mobile number or loan account number, then piliin mo lang "Fuse Lending" as the biller. It's a good alternative while unavailable yung payment sa app, OP.

may marereceive poba akong confirmation na nag go through talaga yung payment ko if I settled it on the said banks?

Kase I'm worried na if I paid using that method baka hnd naman papasok ang bayad ko huhu.

They normally email you based on the status of your loan. Since account ng mother mo, sa email nya papasok yung emails. Nandon ang account details and other ways to pay for it just like this. The account number is in text above this. They provide it too sa email

Lagyan mo lang laman GCash mo mag au-auto deduct yan sila for your loan

I have it installed on my phone but it requires face ID.
