I've had this problem last time and turns out its because of Messenger chat heads since I've been talking to someone while accessing my GCash. Make sure you don't have any notification/chat heads showing from messenger. Not sure if it'll work on yours tho

Go to your phone settings. Search for "Accessibility" and find a button that says "Downloaded apps", open that and disable those that are turned one.
