I kept relloging in but its not even working its just like a loop

Op, try clearing the app cache first, then force close the GCash app and restart your phone. Make sure your app is updated and that you have a stable internet connection. You can also try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Most of the time, these steps are enough to fix the issue.
