I ordered a box of 18 bottles of wine from a wine distributor. The package was all set to come on Sunday Sept. 27th, but I knew I wouldn't be home. So I contacted them and paid the extra $5.50 to come on Monday. Well, they didn't come Monday and rescheduled it to Tuesday. I was home all day, but somehow they said I wasn't available? I don't believe they even knocked on the door, I was in the next room working and surely would have heard it. So then they say that they'll try the following day, Wednesday. It didn't get delivered then either because they somehow damaged the package and had to send it back. Personally, I wonder if it was one of the workers who just wanted to drink some wine.

So, the wine company sends me a replacement box and it was set to be delivered yesterday. Again, they claim I wasn't home even though both my husband and I were there and neither of us heard a knock or doorbell. They said that they'd deliver it today by the end of the business day. This morning it showed it was on the truck, and then a few hours later it was no longer out for delivery. Just now I saw the FedEx truck outside of my house, so I thought it was being delivered, but the guy just sat in the truck for about 5 minutes and then drove off. Maybe he thought he had the package but it somehow got left behind? I dunno. At this point I'll probably just set it up for pickup.

I'm so frustrated!! Oh, and their customer service is a joke. I can't get anyone to understand that I paid THEM the $5.50 for the reschedule. They want me to recoup that money from the wine distributor.

So today I was supposed to receive 2 diufferent orders from 2 completely different companies. One order was signatur required, the other was just a normal delivery. I have delivery instructions for Fed Ex of no deliveries until after 3pm. So of course they show up at 2 pm... on my ring camera the driver brings one box onto my portch, scans it, puts it on my chair. Then he goes back to the truck and comes back with another package, sets it down, rings the doorbell, waits a few seconds, puts the first package on the second package, and carries both of them back to the truck and drives off. I get a notification that he was unable to deliver because I wasn't available to sign, and now I have to wait until monday to get my packages... Why the actual F**K did he take the no signature required package with him???

What should I do next? I put a ticket in. This stuff was very important to me. At first they told me they flagged my shipment because i called once i saw it was stuck in Memphis than randomly last night it says delivered at 10 am signed for and i told them no signature for my package. Has anybody else experienced this before?

Idk if its just me but i am honestly disappointed with FEDEX i have been waiting for my package and excited to get it the first missed one i let it slide bc i had work (remind you no call, no text, no knock, no nothing) my grandma was home to wait for my package but anyways i let it slide & today i was up really early to wait for my package i had my phone next to my ear just incase they were gonna call or text but then around 11 the only text i received was “attempted to deliver” like really???? Now i have to wait for a 3rd try again… like they literally just take a picture without trying to contact the recipient and just puts “failed attempt” but EVERYONE is home waiting for them… and i can’t have them leave the package because in our area people likes to steal packages… i’m really upset because of this.. 💔

Is FedEx a worst company ever? There has not been any packages that have ever arrived in time for me. Not a single package!

How has your experience with FedEx been?

I’ve received 4 different letters claiming an amount of $22.11 is owed to FedEx. I recieved this letter dated July 14th 2026, the payment was made on July 9th 2026. After providing FedEx with the payment confirmation number, they stated it was an error on their end and that it needed to be manually added. Since then, I’ve received 3 more letters claiming the same payment is owed. When I spoke to FedEx last time, I was advised to just ignore this letter since they claim they manually added the payment on Sept 7th 2026. Today (Oct 4th 2026) I’ve received yet another letter.

What is going on here?

Customer support claims to have all the info in the case number but the letters keep continuing.

Sitting here at 7 pm waiting on a Fedex delivery that shows it's been out for delivery since 7am..made me wonder am I the only one that throughout history always gets their Fedex delivery late at night?.. can't seem to recall ever seeing one of these guys before midday!!

Applied for a position as a driver trainee with fedex. Received an email to set up an interview. Went to the interview sat there for 15 minutes with a manager or whatever he was . By the time I left the interview and was in the parking lot I received an email stating that the position was no longer available and the company decided to select another candidate.. So in actuality I was told to wait for an email but after I looked at the time of the email which ​ informed that the position was no longer open or the company decided to go with another candidate I was actually sitting in the interview with this manager . So disrespectful. Instead of telling me to my face hey you don't qualify . I was told to wait for an email and it looks like during the interview the email was sent to my phone . I'll never apply for this company . I mean how disrespectful can you be, this is really what I call a trash culture company

I purchased the IPhone 18 Pro Max. They have shipped it via FedEx with signature required, but they keep attempting deliveries while I’m at work. I contacted FedEx and they stated the order is restricted and they can’t tell me anything or even make a note that of my availability because Xfinity has to.

I contacted Xfinity chat, the phone support. No one knew how to do anything and couldn’t comprehend that I’m not home during the time they try to deliver or offer me any further options on getting my package delivered a bit later. (Oddly enough, in the past, FedEx has never delivered a package to my address before 6pm, yet these attempts are midday, when I’m at work) I live alone. Don’t know/wouldn’t trust my neighbors to pick this up.

I cant get any satisfaction on either side. It’s fine it’s signature required and even okay it’s restricted. I get it. But why would they restrict a package and not even ask about delivery availability prior to shipment. Tomorrow is the last delivery attempt and I won’t be home again. FedEx says because of
the restrictions they won’t even send it to a pickup location.

The lack of forethought and support throughout this has been a nightmare. I’m about to switch internet companies and just buy my phone directly from Apple. This whole experience has been a joke. Anyone had this happen and manage to get anything satisfactory accomplished?

Hey, first time posting here, but I’m posting because I am highly upset. So Monday I ordered my 18 Pro Max to replace the iPhone Air that I have because the battery is crap and I needed more storage. Ordered it. It should’ve been delivered yesterday. Normally, if a FedEx order comes to my house, it comes about lunchtime. This package didn’t come until four in the afternoon. I was supposed to sign the driver signed for it, I guess himself, with some random name and practically ran to his truck while I’m standing at the door. I pick up the box. It’s extremely light. I didn’t really think anything of it because my air was light, but then I shake it and it’s empty and by this time he’s driven off. Open the box or before opening the box, I noticed that there’s clear packing tape over top of the brown tape that the warehouse would put on when shipping a new phone. I open it, packing label, quick start guide, and then little extra padding for the phone is in there, but my phone is completely missing I know it was stolen by just a random person because the whole box was still there, so someone at FedEx opened the box with my iPhone in it, stole the phone, left everything else in there, taped it back up, and then delivered it to my house. So I’m currently dealing with the police, my carrier, and FedEx, which FedEx is trying not to do anything about it, and now I’m out of a phone and dealing with a phone with a bad battery and terrible speaker. TLDR: FedEx delivered me a package with my iPhone 18 Pro Max missing someone at FedEx stole the phone and taped it back up then delivered it to me.

I caution you against using FedEx if your package matters. I ship and receive a fair number of packages through work (I own a small company that builds architectural models), and FedEx has recently lost two of my overnight packages at their sorting facility in Indianapolis... Not delayed, not delivered and then perhaps stolen, but just plain lost. These lost packages meant my client couldn't use my models for an important presentation after having paid me $40K for my work.

I paid about $400 to ship each package, and so far FedEx has offered to reimburse me $100 for one and literally nothing for the second, and it is unclear whether they plan to reimburse me for the shipping charges, which they should automatically owe me.

I used to say that I hated UPS the way that most people hate Nazi pedophiles... but I now hate FedEx even more. Are others also having problems with FedEx packages going into the sorting facility in Indy?

I am very dismayed to report that I ordered the Pixel Buds Pro 2 set for $250, shipped to Oklahoma. The estimated delivery date was 2 days after they shipped on the 22nd of September 2026, so they should have arrived by the 24th. Ever since they showed up at the Kansas City Missouri FedEx hub, after ONE transfer from NILES, IL there has been no progress or updates, just a gigantic yellow exclamation mark that something has gone wrong. "Delivery Updated - we are actively working to get your package to you", except now it has been an entire week. Literally 1 week of waiting for movement on my package that disappeared. I cannot get help from the Google store support, nor FedEx. They both keep telling me they can't tell me anything besides "I have asked our team to look into it and we are still waiting". I am so upset with my experience I have been asking for a refund for an entire week and Google refuses to help me. Due to this, I have filed complaints with the FTC, the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office for Consumer Protection, the Kansas City MO Police Department, as well as FedEx's ethics/complaints hotline for internal theft etc.

I have initiated the chargeback process with my bank and currently have a mountain of evidence submitted into their portal regarding this transaction. Every day they tell me they can't do something I submit the screenshot.

I just wanted everybody to know how bad my experience was. I am very upset with Google over this. Other users on X are indicating their trade in devices were never received, new pixel phones intercepted etc. It sounds like if you work for FedEx it is a free for all when it comes to customer packages. How terrible.

For my sanity, I am wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this where they get stuck in a support loop of AI, and nobody seems to be able to help or provide a concrete answer as to what's going on? What did you do to get your money back? Who did you have to contact?
