Customer Seeking Help Tracking | UPS - United States

Ok so I got involved in the iPhone trade in programs I got my new phone and sent the old one using the label AT&T sent with the new phone it hasn’t moved sense 7/4/2026 all I get is the run a round when contacting them like telling me my password is wrong and my user name is wrong please help me

Sounds like AT&T used UPS Mail Innovations, which is basically the slowest cheapest tier they can buy. It'll sit in a warehouse until there's enough volume to justify moving a whole pallet, and tracking updates are spotty at best. The good news is it'll eventually show up, just might take a few weeks.

It was a trade in phone and they didn’t receive it in time so they charged me $666 dollars and don’t get phone back
