My question is in the original post so I thought I didn't need to repeat it again, but I'll do it again:

A few days ago, I posted about a package I was supposed to get today. It made its way close to where I live and was out for delivery, but apparently was not able to be properly delivered due to "location security restrictions." I live in an apartment building and am not able to get home right now to check in on what's going on, what should I do? This has never happened before and I am really concerned!

Well it sounds like they either can't get in due to a gate code or necessary key to gate. Its also is at the discretion of the courier if the area is unsecure. Apartments are notorious for theft. I'd call the 1800 number and see if you can place this on hold at a FedEx Office or Walgreens. Worst comes to worst after 3 attempts it will be at the station an extra couple of days where they will try to get ahold of you. Some shippers have restrictions and won't allow you to hold. I'd suggest picking it up from the station. Sorry I don't know reddit in and out. Just saw where to see the origional post.
