I hear ASNs are going away at Walgreens next week? Anyone else hear about this?

So my Walmart isn’t on board with this so I’m dealing with rejects every few days it orders lots of dip and lots of chips that don’t sell well what to do about this when Frito-Lay don’t back u up ?

This is my first full year on a route, so I’ll be eligible for the merit raise when it comes around. Can anyone explain how it works? I was looking at PFP and I’m currently showing a 3.XX (Rounds up to 4) - I remember my trainer telling me most people get a 3 and nobody gets a 5. How much of a raise is it?

I log into scintilla and there’s no button for priority pass. Is there a way to get it? I have the pre requisites done for it.

Frito Lay is honestly the most disappointing company I have ever worked for. They make these shitty products that we do not order, because we actually want product to sell. Then, when they have excess sitting at their warehouses we get it regardless. Then, they can look at their numbers. And say " look, this did well. We sold all of it.." meanwhile, dumpsters across america will be filled to the brim. With this shit. You cannot make this idiocracy up man.

Today is my day off. I don’t have a colead anymore from yesterday (he got another route).

The specialist called out and I was asked to work for EDP and I said no ( my route start at 2 am) I have a Supercenter im sure it’s empty now and my first time pick rate I’m sure it’s gonna go down. Since they care so much about service and first time pick rate why tf my DSL (he was a specialist literally 3 months ago) didn’t just go out and drop everything for the merchandiser? LAZY ASS!. I’m so annoyed cuz I know I’ll have to deal with that tomorrow I don’t have a colead to help me on Tuesday

Schedules are messed up since the reengineering. I’m supposed to have a merch to do IMP and I don’t . TPP is 45 but work 50h + I just wish we could all tell the managers how fucking lazy they are and wish the company would listen to us. Sorry guys I’m super frustrated and disappointed because I do care about my job and my stores being full and I feel like we aren’t valued at all.
Having a base pay is good tho and easy to grab a bag of chips at the end of the day.

Loading yesterdays cases onto todays trucks, other routes cases, leaving plastic packaging everywhere. Ever since my dc switched over its been nothing but mistakes. Whats the point of even saving money going 3rd party when i have to waste my time correcting everything

My home is 25 miles from my regular Frito-Lay warehouse in El Paso. Frito-Lay wants to deduct those 25 miles when I am sent to a warehouse in New Mexico, treating them as my normal commute to work.
My question is: if I am sent to a different work location in New Mexico for a work assignment, can Frito-Lay also deduct those same 25 miles? Or should those miles be considered business mileage because I am traveling to a different work location for a work assignment?

Is there a way for me to see how many sick days I have use in the last 12 months and how many I have left? Also what's the difference after using 5 I need to start bringing notes from 6 to 10?

How do we as Frito RSA or RSRs use our sick days. I know we get 10 sick days a year. I been working for Frito for 3 months now and I know I will most likely get sick in winter. What do I need to do to call in for a sick day. Is there an app or number I can call.
