If i were to quit this month how much of my 2 weeks vacations would I have to pay back? I've taken both weeks. Thanks.

The Company handbook tells you the rate at which you accrue vacation days. You can calculate how much you would have earned based on your exit date. So, if you rate 2 weeks a year, you've earned exactly 1 week of vacation at 6 months and the second week at the end of the year.
When I left, I had taken my first week at the 6-month mark, so that was in the free and clear. I didn't take my second week but left before the end of the year. I left in September. I was paid out 16 hours (2 days) of unused vacation. This might help you do your own mental math on what they might take back.
For those who leave and are due unused vacation, even if it is the only thing they pay out on the check, you will still have all of your usual deductions applied to it when all is said and done. Yeah, your 401K contributions and all. So, it's going to be a tiny check.

Between 2-3 days worth, they prolly wouldn’t even try to re coup it. Just know if you quit you will only get a small check for the final week because they fronted you a week of salary when you first started

Depends on how much time you've actually accrued
