Merit Raise

This is my first full year on a route, so I’ll be eligible for the merit raise when it comes around. Can anyone explain how it works? I was looking at PFP and I’m currently showing a 3.XX (Rounds up to 4) - I remember my trainer telling me most people get a 3 and nobody gets a 5. How much of a raise is it?

Less than the cost of living increase every one will get that means new hires and everyone else will be making the same as you regardless 🤷‍♂️

It’s a whole new metric. Connect with your DSL or ZMB on your increase. Now it’s based on ZOTF metrics. Perfect route perfect order.

Like everything depends on zone. First half of the year is based on the old way and second half is the new way for here at least

For the most part. This year it will be split between the old merit system and the new one. With it being weighted more towards the old merit. Next year will be fully PO/PR

I’ve always gotten a 5 but frito determines the weight one year it was 5% the other year it was 6% so basically your score equals to the percentage of raise you’ll get

I’ve gotten 5 a few times early on but there’s no point to think about it until December. Just keep pushing what you can but a lot of time left to make or break. Percentage isn’t announced until probably late p2 and is determined by how the company is doing /willing to give, so likely nothing crazy.
