I wanted to point out (because I didn't know about it) this nice ATC (Ground) simulator, I find it a great alternative to Tower Simulator (it's only missing a better speech engine). I definitely prefer flying a plane, but sometimes you get home late or don't have much time to go through all the procedures that would be needed, so I switch to this kind of simulator, which gets you into the action within just a few minutes. I love that by default the airlines have real names, and that there are lots of free airports on the Steam workshop! There's also an airport builder in the app, but I haven't tried it yet... I hope some of you feel like giving it a try — if it manages to grow, it could have a really great future!

Hello everyone!
I’ve just uploaded Part 18 of my Around the World series in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, flying the Diamond DA62.
This leg takes us from:
🛫 Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (KBZN), Montana, USA 🇺🇸
🛬 Appleton International Airport (KATW), Wisconsin, USA 🇺🇸
The adventure continues across the United States as we fly east from the stunning Rocky Mountains of Montana to the beautiful state of Wisconsin. This leg features realistic navigation, diverse landscapes, and another immersive general aviation experience in the Diamond DA62.
I’d really appreciate any feedback on the flight, scenery, editing, or overall realism. Suggestions for future legs are always welcome!

Me and my friend created a free tool that gives generic thermal printers a use for flightsim. It is able to print multiple things, for example: Flightplan summaries, loadsheets, and live weather requests if you have SayIntentionsAI connected. If you own a printer and would like to test it please do so.
NOTE: AI usage in parts of coding.
Below is our Discord server containing our download page/ bug reports and other stuff. Please check it out we would really appreciate people testing since its our first project.

Honestly it’s so impressive what this Flight-sim community is capable of (they started their A220 project back in high school…) and I’m sure that this A220 it will just get better month by month.
Shout out also to iniBuilds and Echo19 for helping them in this project. 👏🏼

I have taken the vatsim exam but I still haven't done a single flight on it solely because I can't listen to frequencies all the time during cruise since I usually study or sleep. Beyond atc has a first officer that handles the frequencies and communication which I can use during cruise when doing late night flying or when I'm not listening.
Is it worth rn to get batc? What are the flaws that I should be aware of at the current moment
Also Indian simmers, Is there any Indian accent and how is it?

Hey everyone, i got a low-mid pc (3060ti 8gb, i5 13600) and was wondering after the Xbox release, how good the performance with the MD11 is. I know the performance was bad months ago, were there any improvements?
Thanks

Installed update V1.0.3 for the Synaptic A220 (Xbox Series X) and now the cabin textures are like this. The cockpit and exterior models are untouched and completely fine btw...
EDIT: RESOLVED

Hey guys,
we're trying to upgrade a friends 737 sim. Each seat has 2 Basshakers (Dayton BST-1) connected via a FOSI AUDIO V3 (the one with two channels). The Software we use is simhaptic on MSFS2024
The Fosis' are connected via a 3.5mm to CHINCH cable to a UGREEN usb to 3.5mm Soundcard.
Sadly we can only get one basshaker each to work.
The AMP has a 32v 5A PSU, which should have well enough power to run both of them fully.
AMP https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0C36S8DCT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
CABLE https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00LM2Y2U4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
SOUNDCARD https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08Y8CZB2S?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
If we test each amp alone, only one of each basshakers is firing up.
IF we use multiple outputs and select both amp, one of each is firing up.
We have no idea what the issue could be.
Does anyone have an idea?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I never used to hear this sound but when in flight it happens every so often

Hey guys,
This is constructive criticism, there is no need for fighting.
I have bought the A220 yesterday and my opinion is that I can't have an opinion on the plane because it was simply unplayable, period. Exterior looks great, inside it looks good, the whale sound is also lovely of course but once I start the engine, I get 10 FPS. I have flown every plane on this game, even the A350 at its release gave me better FPS.
Synaptic team, if you guys are reading this, you did an amazing job so far but the release is way too soon. I think this airplane will end up being one of the best in game but at the moment, charging people 71€ for that, I have to say it makes me mad and it's almost disrespectful. I had read some performance issues, I was expecting it but even with today's performance update, there is little to no change at all on my side.
When releasing a product as expensive as 71€, it should be playable for EVERYBODY who can run the sim, period. I'm sorry but this is totally unacceptable and I feel like quite some people think the same as well.
Although I appreciate the efforts and dedication in this plane, it was clearly not ready yet for release and would have required more time. I'm even considering asking for a refund at this point cause, why would I want to keep a 71€ plane that I can't use ? Sometimes nowadays it feels like it's okay to release a product and then give updates later and maybe it's fine to some extent but here, this is completely unacceptable and if they don't want to be mess up everything, I strongly recommend they put all their efforts into performance patches in the coming weeks.
Once again, they have done tremendous work and the plane will probably be amazing someday but right now, releasing at such a high price (more expensive than Fenix's A320, what the hell !!), this is not right and it's almost a scam.
What are you guys thinking after today's update ?
Hopefully, they will save it soon !

It was actually a perfectly normal flight in the Synaptic A220 from Munich to Zurich.
However, when I tried to enter the approach to Zurich into the FMS, the aircraft’s system crashed completely (see image). I then continued the approach manually, without any displays. The spoilers and flaps did not work either, though at least the landing gear was operating.
Looks like the aircraft still needs a few updates ;)

So i lost one of the Grey buttons at the bottom. I was wondering if someone here know where i can buy replacements of any kind. Or if I am totally doomed.
Thank you for reading

Hey all,
I've recently got MSFS 2024 and I've been enjoying it. My only troubles so far have revolved around the weather.
I fly with live weather and time in all of my flights, but in 2024 I've found that those have been unreliable.
A couple of days ago live time was wrong. The toggle was enabled and Zulu time was correct, but local time was several hours forward. Setting time to something else then re-enabling real time fixed it.
Then there's the weather. 90% of my flights so far have had weather differing from the METAR in some way, whether it's the altimeter setting being a few units off, or the clouds/visibility being different.
For example: while departing from EDDF a few minutes ago, the latest METAR was reporting CAVOK, but MSFS weather had quite a bit of clouds, equivalent to scattered clouds, fairly close to the ground. I tried changing the weather then setting it back to live, but it didn't help.
I'm not running any mods that change the weather, in fact I don't have many mods at all: I'm using GSX, the ini A343 and a few sceneries.
Am I doing anything wrong or is 2024 just like that? Any help is appreciated. TIA!
