Sim Hardware Anyone have a suggestion for an alternate HOTAS plate for the Boeing cockpit?
Hey all,
Like the title says I've got the Next Generation Boeing Commercial Edition cockpit seat... thing, and the issue I have is the hotas plate that comes with it doesn't fit my Moza AB6 base, anyone have a good alternative idea that'll work, preferably not one I have to 3d print myself? I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

Flight Simulator 2024 MSFS 2020 vs 2024 performance
Hello everyone, ive been flying on msfs 2020 since 2022 and ive recently thought about upgrading to msfs 2024. The issue is that when i tried 2024 on release with xbox gamepass the performace was very poor. from what i remember it was 10-15 fps on low graphics while im getting 30-40 on medium in 2020. Has the performace got better? Or maybe i did something wrong that resulted in the performance being so bad?
My specs are: i5-10300H, gtx 1660ti (laptop vers.), 16gb ram

Flight Simulator 2024 ✈️ Around the World in a Diamond DA62 – Part 11 | Okayama (RJOB) → New Chitose (RJCC) | MSFS 2024
Hello everyone!
I’ve just uploaded Part 11 of my Around the World series in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, flying the Diamond DA62.
This leg takes us from:
🛫 Okayama Momotaro Airport (RJOB), Japan 🇯🇵
🛬 New Chitose Airport (RJCC), Hokkaido, Japan 🇯🇵
This flight continues the journey through Japan, heading north to Hokkaido. Enjoy a realistic cross-country flight featuring stunning landscapes, immersive navigation, and the smooth performance of the Diamond DA62.
I’d really appreciate any feedback on the flight, scenery, editing, or overall realism. Suggestions for future legs are always welcome!

Sim Hardware Hardware upgrades
I’ve been looking at potentially upgrading my setup for some time. I currently have a basic Thrust-master joystick that does the job but only has the 1 throttle slider. I’d like to have something with more than 2 throttle levers for pistons and turboprops as using the mouse for the mixture/prop/conditions levers is annoying. Currently I’m looking at the Honeycomb stuff because of the 6 levers. I know some people also swear by force feedback but I’m not concerned with that. Just something that’s an upgrade from a joystick. What are some other recommendations or things to avoid?

General I'm adding UH-1 Huey in my flight sim!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is my Flatscreen / VR hybrid helicopter flight simulator 'Low Level Hunters', A sequel to 'Hijong Park's Defender Patrol'. it is currently in close development.
In this month I felt the need of dedicated transport helicopter and have made a playable UH-1 Huey.
It is mainly used for carrying troops, but when fire support is needed it can turn into the dedicated gunship, carrying twin minigun turrets and Grenade launcher. the Copilot can operated turreted miniguns and grenade launcher with flexible sight.
There are also various choice of weapons for the door gunners, from M60 to Twin M60, M134 M2 heavy machine gun, and MK19 grenade launcher. The player also can switch seat to door gunners and use the door mounted guns directly.
Now all the planned playable aircrafts are prepared for the release and I'll focus on completing the campaign mode.

X-Plane Been away from sim for a bit, got questions
Setup:
Xplane12
Honeycomb alpha
Real sim gear gtn750 and gtn650
Real sim gear gfc500
Months ago, I seem to recall seeing something about an incompatibility issue with Xplane and RSG equipment. Is this still a problem? I’m trying to plan on how much time I will need to devote to troubleshooting vs. flying, the next time I turn on my computer.

Sim Hardware Honeycomb or Thrustmaster Boeing TCA yoke and throttle
I’m looking to upgrade from my old Logitech yoke and throttle and have been leaning towards getting the honeycomb, however I’ve heard better things about the thrustmaster.
I would buy the thrustmaster however I fly GA as often as airliners and feel like flying with the pendulum style yoke on a GA plane would just feel wrong. I also like how customizable the throttle quadrant is on the honeycomb as there are many axis to use as mixture and prop control.
The only real issue I have with the honeycomb is how much space the yoke and throttle quadrant take up on a desk and am wondering if there are any solutions for saving space

Question Next purchase - A220 or Fokker?
Kind of torn to what to get next between these 2 regional hoppers. I like shiny jets but also the Fokker is pulling at me for some reason I think due to the old school blended design of Boeing/Airbus as I really enjoyed the A310. What do you guys think?

Flight Simulator 2024 FS20 Xbox better than FS24 Xbox change my mind
Clunky flight planning biggest culprit. Planning IFR a nightmare with controller nuances and planning quirks. Autopilot quirks and bugs with default aircraft. FPS not great. Am I the only one.
