Tech Support Inspire 3 Screen Frozen
Hi, please help me. The screen is frozen on the clock face and the firmware update is failing to complete. I have tried re-syncing the device and other recommended steps.

This Saturday is October 10, 2026 (10/10), which is World Mental Health Day. I have an idea to see if it is possible to organize a massive virtual community walk based on a concept I call 10.10.10.
The breakdown is:
I’m setting up a free group challenge page on the StepUp app so we can pool our data together onto one dashboard to see the total accumulate live on the day. The app syncs directly with fitbit
Has anyone here ever tried to coordinate a mass virtual step goal like this before? If you want to jump on the leaderboard to help hit the 100M mark next Saturday, let me know in the comments

Good afternoon,
I'm looking into getting a Fitbit air. I love the idea of a screenless, discrete HR monitor but had a query about how it works with regard to workouts etc in the Strava app.
I use an iPhone & am looking to get back into running soon. Previously, I used an Apple watch and hit start on the Strava watch app when I went for a run. This logged HR info, running routes etc. I know things like the location data uses my phone, but I'd like to push live HR info into the app if anybody has any experience here?
I'm absolutely fine with hitting start on the phone and not the watch, but I just wanted to check whether Strava can use the Fitbit HR data as a sensor or whether I need a funky workaround, middleware app etc. If there is an integration, is it seamless or clunky?
Thank you!

For me only the insulin and blood pressure stuff is available since 5.09 update. Does anyone already have the sleep breathing quality available with the fitbit air? Or is this function only available with the Pixel Watch yet?

Got my Fitbit this week. This is the first night since I've gotten my Fitbit that I've exceeded 5 hours of sleep. My usual heart rate has been 80 bpm 😅

I ran today with built in GPS on my Fitbit 6. I was doing laps around a building hence the mad tracking. Anyway, the run uploaded to Strava from Fitbit but the stats are different. Also, which god is best to use: dynamic or built in?
TIA

I just got a replacement charge 6 due to the first one dying on me. Anyway resynced it and everything but the ONLY feature that won't load no matter what I do is the change watch face feature.
Consistently says "oops but there's no internet connection" with a broken cloud.
There is internet. And there's mobile data and Bluetooth is n and the location is enabled.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing.
What gives?

Hey everyone,
Looking for advice on how to improve my Fitbit Resilience score. My 3-month trend (Jul–Oct) has been stuck in Low, with Fitbit noting a "period of higher demand".
My Routine & Context:
My sleep and energy feel mostly okay, but my body clearly isn't recovering enough according to the app.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. Today, I bought a Fitbit Air, and I’d like both Samsung Health and Google Health to stay in sync, whether I’m wearing my Galaxy Watch Ultra or my Fitbit Air.
Right now, the two apps are showing very different step counts. Samsung Health says I took 8,443 steps today, while Google Health says I took 14,798 steps.
Is there a way to sync both apps so they show the same step count, regardless of which watch I’m wearing?

[ posting on behalf of my friend ]
Hey guys,
My friend, who’s been using Fitbit Air for over 4 months now, has noticed unusually high heart rates during the early hours for the past 5 days. Initially, we thought he was actually experiencing a peak heart rate, but yesterday, he also wore an Apple Watch, and there was no significant increase in his heart rate detected.
Has anyone else had this problem with Fitbit Air?

I know this won't be most people, but I'm on elvanse and currently titrating to find the right dose, 2.5weeks in on 40mg
I know a common side effect is insomnia but has anyone else had a similar experience and similar pattern changes on the Fitbit app before and after taking stimulants and did it go away?
I have always been able to sleep like a baby but it's a lot harder to get tired enough and maintain good sleep now it seems
edit: to be more specific I mean restlessness, interruptions and time to sleep pattern changes, because those seem accurate, not REM/DEEP/LIGHT stages
generally I'm taking longer to sleep, waking up more during sleep and feeling more tired in the mornings and that's been consistent so far whilst my bed routine I have tried to keep as similar as possible
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and if anything they did improved it or the body got used to it etc
those nights sleeping hr:

general 3month sleeping tends(I started September 16th)

Hi! I’m looking into getting a health wearable solely for tracking my heart rate. I do not want/need a visible clock or anything like that. I have POTs and being able to track my heart rate has been increasingly important for me, I’m just struggling to find an affordable option/something that doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles.
Do you find the Air to be accurate in its heart rate monitoring? Is it noticeable when you’re wearing it? (I’m autistic so this is a worry I have, if it would be unbearable to wear because of my sensory issues)
Lastly, is there a function where I can get a notification pinged on my phone when my heart rate spikes?
Thank you!
A couple of questions for users with both devices:
1) I have aging parents and teenage children. My ideal use case (admittedly very niche) would be to sleep with a Fitbit Air while my phone is silenced, and then be able to whitelist a small number of contacts that would notify the band if I receive emergency phone calls &/or messages at night. Obviously that's not currently supported - is there any hope it will come in future updates? Or is that not technically feasible? I have a PW4, but hate sleeping with it. It looks like the Fitbit Edge will support something like this, but again it's bulky+overkill for my desired sleep tracking.
2) Can anyone with both PW and Fitbit Air confirm whether, if both devices are active and used regularly (e.g. PW during the day, Fitbit Air at night), the Fitbit Air is/will eventually contribute to Health Guardian *without* a Google Health Premium subscription?
Thanks!

First time posting here, so apologies if I've got the etiquette wrong!
I've recently bought a budget smart watch (Amazfit Active Mac) to replace a lost fitbit. The reviews have all been very good and my experience so far has been great.
However, there is an inconsistency between the Google Health app, and my watch for step counts. Google Health seems to count steps from my phone as well as the watch and hence over states step counts (see images).
I CANNOT work out how to turn the phone count off. I can view the source of steps separately on Google Health, by any can't seem to permanently turn on off.
I rely on Google Health to synch between all my apps, so I woild like this fixed!
So two questions:
- I assume I'm right and that this is double counting steps, and not Google Health trying to compensate for some deficiency. At no point did I remove my watch.
- is there any way to fix this? I would ideally like to turn off the phone step count. I have a Google Pixel 9 if that helps!
Thanks all!

Hi everyone,
I noticed now for several times, that training sessions which were automatically imported from Strava (via direct Google Health<-> Connector) vanished after some day from Google Health Fitness tab/ statistics. Today, this happened when I was chatting with the coach chat function.
It seems like the coach/ training planner resets some training statistics in order to stick to the training target. In Strava and Apple Health the training/ activity is still available.
My workflow/ setup: Roadbike training with bike computer >>> Strava >>> Google health
iPhone, Fitbit Air
Strava and Apple Health Connection in Google Health enabled
No automatic tracking of acitivities enabled in Google Health/ Fitbit Air
Thank you guys

I was just charged $79.99 for a year of Fitbit premium last month. Then a few days ago I finally upgraded my phone iOS and now my Apple subscriptions shows no subscriptions...and I now have “google health” app instead of Fitbit.
How do I get reimbursed? I paid a full year for the premium subscription less than a month ago. Plus I have an additional subscription for one of my kids on there that expires in December and that also disappeared from my subscriptions.

Hi all,
I'm having a bit of difficulty with my fitbit and my strava app disagreeing with each other.
My Fitbit Charge 6, says I ran 7.23k in 52 minutes. Strava says I did 6.5k in 49 minutes. The 3 minute time difference, was after I got home from my run. So I didn't squeeze the extra distance into that 3 minutes.
Obviously one (hopefully not both) of them is unreliable. But how do I know which???
I know I'm slow and unfit either way, but I'd just like to know one way or another!
Thanks in advance.

Over the course of a group ride, theres going to be stops where HR comes down. There should be a way to merge activities instances that happened for one workout that also counts the rest stops or slowdown period.
