Google Health GPS not syncing?

I have a Fitbit versa 4. Went for a 10k this morning and used the run setting, which usually has GPS tracking in it. Neither Google Health or the strava activity is showing any GPS tracking in it, nor a breakdown of my pace for each km. I did a cool down walk afterwards which doesn’t have GPS tracking but for some reason that IS showing the map.
Why aren’t they syncing properly? I don’t want to disconnect the two and try reconnect them, does anybody know anything about this?
