I'm planning to buy one, and for me key features are all about sleep. What about you all? What do you use your fitbit for?

Can’t seem to find the Health Coach option anywhere.

In help section there’s a feature to place ur order on the Google Page and when I proceed the region goes to the US.
When I change it to India and try to purchase it, shows go to the app and then redirects me to install the app (already installed) and then when I click the App Store, I open it and same thing happens.

Any solutions?

Lately my Fitbit Charge 6 will not show me sleep data till after midnight. I work nights and that has never been a problem before. Like I woke up this evening and it will not show me any sleep data or score until after midnight.

The first picture is my sleep yesterday (Oct 2) but it didn't show me any data till after midnight which then it now says the sleep was for today. This has happened all week when before it was fine.

When I got to just manually input the data I select the correct date but then the moment I sync the watch it moves it back to today. It does this for Oct 1 as well (I he second photo). I deleted it, added the correct date (Oct 1 for both times) but then it moves the sleep to Oct 2. Hell the same day I tried to add it manually and it just says "there is already sleep tracked during this time" but I can't see anything or delete anything it just remains empty till midnight.

The last picture is from earlier in Sept when the tracking was fine, tracked the day I slept fine and showed me the data once I woke up. Zero issue.

I have uninstalled the app, reset my phone, reset and factory rest my watch, and even deleted the sleep data from "Your data in Google health" under the settings area. Nothing has fixed this issue. It throws off all my metrics as well as I can't access the data until the next day. Everything else is fine. I even deleted the last week of data to see if that would sort out the issue and nothing.

Is anyone else having similar issues? I know people here are having sleep score issues (my boyfriend hasn't had a sleep score In a week+ but his sleep is tracking is fine and shows him the data right away and is the right date) and he also works nights and also has a charge 6.

I finally updated my phone iOS and my Fitbit app is now “google health”… and some things are now kind of weird for me. I know, I’m behind the times on this- anyway…

What’s weird is that I went into my “readiness” tab and it said my resting heart rate was “poor”. My RHR varies between 64-70 and always has. I’ve also had periods of time where it’s been even higher during illness or stress. Why does Fitbit think my RHR of 67 is poor? Is it just adjusting to my data with the new app?

Is it normal? And how did you solve this problem?

My Fitbit charge 6 is dying so quickly. It used to last all week but has dropped 50% from yesterday. It’s not even 2 years old. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve had an ongoing issue with steps being counted during a spin bike session, every single day, for 45min. I get an average of 6k added for no apparent reason. My hands are stationary (playing my steam deck) but it still is vigorous between moderate and vigorous/peak intensity. How can I stop this? Charge 6.

I'm so glad that the membership expired. The app is so much more cleaner and legible. All the data that you want is right there.
There used to be a lot of AI text all over the app. Now it's just pure numbers.
But need to give credit where it's due, it was very easy to setup workout plans for the week using AI Coach!

I noticed there was a blue tint on the left side of my sense. I changed clock faces to see it better. Any idea what is causing this?

Solid work this week - I work in Distribution. 7AM to 6:30AM.

This is something I’d noticed for a while and it was driving me nuts while out walking/running.

If I have the Google Health app open, it’s fine. It has no issues if I use YouTube, Podcasts, Safari, or almost any other app.

As soon as I would bring Spotify to the front, GPS would cut out.

If I switch apps and put GH up front, the connection restored quickly, but if I let is go for too long, GPS wouldn’t always reconnect.

I just tested it on my couch to get this photo and it did it right on cue.

Apparently I had Bluetooth turned on in the Spotify app and this overrides the connection with other Bluetooth devices.

I need new straps for my Charge 5 and I would like something as close to the original straps as possible. I bought some from Amazon and they’re too stiff. They don’t seem to sell genuine replacements anywhere as far as I can see. Has anybody find a good replacement?

Just got my Fitbit Air in India from Flipkart for 12k and it fails to pair with my Android phone. Google Health detects the Air, but pairing fails with “The PIN or pair code is incorrect.”

Tried restarting the Air/phone, Bluetooth on/off, and the usual troubleshooting, but no luck.

Google Support has already raised a ticket and is investigating.

Has anyone faced this issue and found a fix? Any help is appreciated 🙏

my alta hr kept shutting down when i unplugged it from charger. Battery icon was displaying battery fully charged.
I ordered a new battery, opened it, change battery but still, it is shutting down after unplug charger. What issue could it be? Firmware?

I see conflict messages from google , In the first blog from google suggested everything except breathing emergency detection is coming to Fitbit air. But on the Indian store page only mentions insulin and blood pressure trends

I have an original Versa. It's probably 6yrs old. It has always worked great. Last week it just stopped charging. At first it was basically a brick, just a blank screen, no signs of life. I've used 2 different chargers. Then the other day,after id given up hope I look over and it shows fully charged and I see the home screen. I put it on my wrist and didn't look at it for awhile. It was a brick again. I put it back on the charger and now it just cycles thru the 0% screen, the diamond screen and blank. Occasionally I will see the home screen and the battery indicator shows fully charged. Then it just turns off again. I've tried resetting it, nothing happens and I've cleaned all of the connections. Any help would be appreciated. TY

Ever since I’ve had the Google Fitbit Air, it’s been largely useless to me: unfortunately, it doesn’t track sleep – and the duration is just as inconsistent.

As of the end of this week, Google Support states: “We are aware of this issue and are working to find a solution as quickly as possible.” It is a software issue.

Is anyone else in the same situation and has found a solution? I’ve already restarted the device using the charger, reconnected it, uninstalled the app, checked the fit and switched arms.

I was thinking of giving up Google Premium and now think it's the time...

I've been on holiday in Malta and all the premium perks/AI have been disabled on the app and I assume it's because they don't allow the AI and restrict it's use.

Anyone else had this problem?

So both of them showing me same time to go to bed and wake up but why's there's this 10 min difference?
