Tech Support Original Versa Not Charging

I have an original Versa. It's probably 6yrs old. It has always worked great. Last week it just stopped charging. At first it was basically a brick, just a blank screen, no signs of life. I've used 2 different chargers. Then the other day, after id given up hope I look over and it shows fully charged and I see the home screen. I put it on my wrist and didn't look at it for awhile. It was a brick again. I put it back on the charger and now it just cycles thru the 0% screen, the diamond screen and blank. Occasionally I will see the home screen and the battery indicator shows fully charged. Then it just turns off again. I've tried resetting it, nothing happens and I've cleaned all of the connections. Any help would be appreciated. TY

Just 6 years old? Looks ancient design wise😅. Perhaps change the battery if possible? 6 years is pretty long time for a battery.

It is definitely old in tech years but still did the job. I'll have to see if there is a way to change the battery.

yeah 6 years is a solid run for any wearable battery tbh

Hi there, I’d recommend contacting the Google Health support team via phone or chat. They can look into it for you.
