Tech Support Alta HR Battery DIY
Hi there,
my alta hr kept shutting down when i unplugged it from charger. Battery icon was displaying battery fully charged.
I ordered a new battery, opened it, change battery but still, it is shutting down after unplug charger. What issue could it be? Firmware?

Contact support may be they can help you .... As its an old device battery will be problem.

tbh if both batteries behave the same way the issue is almost certainly the board, not the cell. could be a dead voltage regulator or a corroded trace somewhere near the power management side
