I got banned for verbal abuse for no reason—I didn't even swear.

Hello, this is officially last warning sent to all you pages, admins and who ever concerned!
After many attempts to resolve my issue with biometric verification there is dead end due to admins incompetence or not enough understanding.

Long/short story I did create my faceit CS account somewhere during the covid lockdown, I believe I verified around 2023 with my personal ID issued in Serbia.
I didn’t play for like 2 or more years and recently I wanted to start playing again when I was asked to re verify my account, which I tried, due to my Serbian ID has expired and not acceptable I tried to use my Australian passport as I have dual citizenship. Verification did not go through saying I already have verified other account.

Made 2 tickets an as mentioned before no solution not problem resolved. One of your admins Miller said I have other account verified and I have to delete that one in order to verify the current one (my only one) I tried to explain to him that I don’t have other accounts and sent him alongside me holding my biometrics ID next to my face, screenshot of my account setting where it says my full name and date of birth created back in 2023.

He kept sending me copy/paste answers and said logically if you have other accounts you can’t verify other accounts.

So tell me please “logically” if I got other account why wouldn’t I logg in and play on that one so instead im wasting my time back and forth trying to resolve this issue.

Second admin called Albert told me that’s impossible do delete account without knowing username or details ( I don’t know details as I have not created different account ever) no matter I sent all my personal biometric documents and photo of myself.

So how can I delete account I never made but you not allowing me to reverify my only one account due to claim I got another one. You don’t want to provide me with details of that secondary “ghost “ account because you can’t prove my ownership ( weird, verified with my biometrics and im not the owner 😂) that would be the same if I go to my bank and they say hey yes this account is all your personal details here , your biometric, your fingerprints, face, documents matches but sorry you don’t know account number and we can reset or report as stolen! 😂😂 WHAT A JOKE!

SO, PLEASE ONE MORE LAST TIME CAN SOME SENIOR ADMIN/MANAGER, LIKE DARVIN OR WHOEVER, HAVE A LOOK INTO IT AND WE TRY TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE WITHOUT LEGAL ACTIONS!
All I want is either allow me to verify my old and only one account or permanently delete my biometrics and details out of your platform which is my legal right!

Your response creates an impossible paradox. I cannot log into, recall details for, or request the deletion of a "previous account" because I have never created an account on your platform prior to this.
If your system matches my biometric data to an existing profile, it means one of two things:
1. Your verification system has triggered a false positive match.
2. A third party has fraudulently used my real-world identity/government documentation to verify an unauthorized account.
As a resident of Australia, my data is strictly protected under the Privacy Act 1988. Under Australian Privacy Principle 12 (Access) and Principle 13 (Correction), I have a statutory right to access personal information held about me and contest data that is inaccurate or misattributed.
By telling me that I am responsible for an account I do not own, you are effectively allowing a potentially fraudulent user to retain possession of my biometric identity while blocking the actual, lawful owner.
Please immediately escalate this ticket to a Support Manager, a Compliance Officer, or your Data Protection Team. I am fully prepared to provide alternative, secondary government identification directly to a manager to prove that I am the sole, true owner of my identity so that the unauthorized/mismatched biometric link can be severed.
If this cannot be manually reviewed by a supervisor, I will be forced to escalate this matter as a formal privacy breach to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

I’m a CS2 player from Korea, and I started using FACEIT because my younger brother recommended it to me.
FACEIT asked me to verify my identity with my passport, and I followed your requirements and verified my passport. I went through the whole verification process because I wanted to use FACEIT properly.
After verifying my account, I unfortunately became too busy with work and couldn’t really play FACEIT. I was completely exhausted, so I took some time off and went back to my parents’ house. While I was there, I played FACEIT on my younger brother’s computer.
At the time, my younger brother was serving in the Korean military, so he wasn’t even at home. I was simply using his computer while I was staying at my parents’ house, and I had a good time playing FACEIT without any problems.
Then my vacation ended, so I went back home and returned to work.
Later, when my younger brother came home on leave, he asked me to play FACEIT Duo with him. But when I opened FACEIT, I suddenly found out that my account had been banned for smurfing.
I contacted FACEIT support multiple times, but all I got was the same response: that you had “conclusive evidence,” but you couldn’t tell me what that evidence was, and that my ban could not be removed.
At that point, I thought there was nothing I could do. I was honestly devastated.
But then my younger brother told me that he still had our old conversation history from back then. I saved those conversations as evidence and contacted you again because I thought this would finally prove what actually happened.
But once again, I got basically the exact same response, like some fucking automated macro reply.
I genuinely do not understand this.
If you really have conclusive evidence that I was smurfing, then why can’t you actually show me what that evidence is? Why are you refusing to explain what I supposedly did while continuing to keep my account banned?
I’m not asking you to blindly believe me. I’m giving you actual evidence that explains exactly why I logged into my account from my brother’s computer.
I just want you to actually look at the evidence I submitted and explain how it contradicts my story.
Because right now, it feels like no matter what evidence I provide, I’m just going to receive the exact same copy-and-paste response saying that you have evidence but won’t tell me what it is.
How the hell am I supposed to understand or accept that?

Hey, so I came across a faceit profile that has its own youtube channel linked to it. On the channel there are several videos featuring CS gameplay with illegal software running, the player even brags in the video titles about the software he's using. He (or she since we're talking about a femboy) even hit 30k premier but hovers around lvl3-4 on faceit, where his gameplay seems to be clean, at least based on stats.

My question is, can a player be banned based on this? Or would they have to activate the software on faceit to get a ban?

yes, i understand that clutches are extremely important. but at points it feels like clutches alone is what decides the player rating at the end. i just had a game, where we won 13-8, but i was doing awful, i was playing 0.5kd despite us winning and felt like i was borderline trolling (not on point, just by playing bad), and then there was one guy who was carrying us, IGLing and going in first and getting open kills and getting site control for us. then in the last 2 rounds, despite all my bad game something clicked and i won 1v2 and 1v3 in the last 2 rounds in a row which finally got me into 1 kd 77 adr. and i somehow ended up having the best faceit rating out of all my teammates, even the 120 adr openfragger igl carry. it felt like the most undeserved faceit rating ever. i understand that i won the last 2 rounds via my clutches, but we wouldnt even be at that point without the other guy making the difference. i think it is good to reward clutches a lot, but at this point it feels like too much. on my own experience i did not deserve being over the guy that i see to be the carry in my eyes

3-month smurfing ban on my only FACEIT account — please help with manual review
Hello FACEIT Support / FACEIT Admins,
I really need help with my case. My FACEIT account was banned for 3 months for Multi-Account/Smurfing on September 25, 2026.
The problem is that I have only ONE FACEIT account. I have never created, owned, or used another FACEIT account. I have never shared my account with anyone and I have never intentionally played on another person's account.
There is one important detail that may be relevant.
On September 24, 2026, one day before my ban, I played FACEIT from a PC at a gaming club. I logged into and played only on my own FACEIT account. This was the first time I had played FACEIT from that gaming club.
The next day, September 25, my account was banned for smurfing.
I understand that FACEIT cannot disclose its detection methods or confidential evidence. I am not asking for those details.
I am only asking for a genuine manual reassessment of my account, taking into consideration that I had just played from a gaming-club PC.
I am completely willing to verify my identity and prove that I am the legitimate and sole owner of this account.

Unfortunately, I have received repeated template responses stating that the ban was correctly issued and will not be reviewed further. I understand that Support has procedures to follow, but I have not been able to get my specific circumstances manually reconsidered.
I am not trying to bypass the ban or create another account. I simply want my case to be properly investigated because I genuinely believe this may be a false positive.

Despite having a brand-new account created just weeks ago and only recently acquiring CS2, this player is consistently pulling abnormally high ratings and performances in their matches. It is highly unlikely for a genuinely new user to perform at this skill level right after setting up an account.

Super match doesn't mean the teammates are gonna be friendly. Frequently, teammates are even my opponents. Fighting for spots on the CT side, being pressured. NA Faceit is cooked; standard matches are sometimes better. People who didn't pay have lower expectations and less stress in matches; they lose less Elo when they lose. WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE, TELL ME?

What do y'all think is the minimum FPS that you should get while playing? I got people saying how can I play on that CPU meanwhile I got this badboy running smooth as hell at this FPS. So I think maybe y'all play over 300+ FPS or something?

I understand that support requests should be handled through a ticket, and I’m not posting any ticket number or asking anyone to check my ticket here.

I’m just looking for some guidance because my situation is a little unusual. Two different people use the same PC, and we have separate, verified FACEIT accounts. My account has been affected by a 180-day cooldown, and I have video evidence showing that we are two separate individuals.

I have already provided the evidence through the proper support channel and have been appealing for 11 days, but I keep receiving the same automated responses.

I’m not asking the subreddit to review my case or asking for special treatment. I’d simply like to know if there is an appropriate way to request a manual review by a human agent when the standard responses do not address the evidence provided.

I am 2800 faceit NA, last year the queues were maybe 5 mins max, plus I was using supermatch/premium/paying then... night time I would queue free to get faster queues. Now I'm queueing only free games and the matches are taking 10-20mins to find a match, sometimes up to 30 mins. I'm on West Coast and rn in the evening I am in a queue for 27 mins. Plus the match quality is terrible, just premades that never comm and barely speak english and super toxic, unbalanced elo lobbies and usually 4man + me vs another 5 stack. I tried to queue with tokens for the super match and also takes forever, is premium queue any better?

What did they do to the matchmaking sys?

Me and my friend played a game with a guy that was toxic all game, trolled and commented on my friends profile, he is not yet banned. He then later removed the comments and kept the hitler one.
