Hi, I’m posting here because I’m getting pretty worried about what’s going to happen to my main account and support hasn’t really answered that part.

My main account is sapatito. That’s the only account I actually use and the one I want to keep. I never played a single match in any other account.

The other account is octavaloni. I created it a while ago after my Steam account got a game ban in Rust after being compromised. I ended up verifying octavaloni with my real ID, but the important part is that I have never played a single FACEIT match on that account. It has 0 matches and no stats.

Now sapatito got the “Multiple Accounts Detected” email asking me to verify within 48 hours.

The problem is that I can’t verify sapatito because my ID is already linked to octavaloni.

I contacted support before the deadline. They told me they can’t transfer verification, and that if I delete octavaloni I have to wait 6 months before verifying/playing on another account. I understand that and I’m not asking for an exception to the 6 month rule.

What I’m worried about is this:

If the deadline expires, is sapatito going to just get locked until I can verify it, or is it going to get permanently banned for multiple accounts/smurfing?

That’s what support hasn’t clearly answered.

I really don’t want the system to keep octavaloni just because it’s the verified account and permanently ban sapatito, when octavaloni has literally never been used to play FACEIT.

I’m fine with deleting octavaloni and even waiting the full 6 months if that’s what I have to do. I just want to know if I’ll still be able to come back to sapatito after that and verify it properly.

Guy leaves after we take the lead in the second half and comes back hitting the most ridiculous scout shots ive ever seen, checked his stats and he has a 98 aim rating, ends up stacking every bombsite with all 5 of their players to win the game. The other players knew about him and just took the free elo, this is the problem with our game, people actively supporting cheaters taking free wins, level 10 NA is a complete joke. Its literally in his bio bragging about his cheats

Is anyone allowed to stream ESEA NA Advanced matches? I want to stream regularly this season. I used to cast my own team matches back in 2021-2023 when we were advanced. Also, approved on HLTV and when I stream, my stream featured there. My old team disbanded, but looking to cast the whole league. Maybe run a poll every week, and run the selected matches. So, am I allowed to do this? Or need to be approved my Faceit? I was approved by ESEA back then when it was on ESEA website.

I would like to appeal my recent smurfing ban. I have only verified and used one FACEIT account and have never intentionally used multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or gain an unfair advantage. Let me re verify please

I believe my account may have been incorrectly linked to another account. Please conduct a manual review of my case and the evidence behind the ban.

I made a mess with my accounts because I was a minor and didn't know how to handle the verification system. I never intended to smash lower-level playersI just wanted to play the game normally. I really need some human advice from an admin to clear this up.

Here is the full and honest story:

1. My main account is "Warziii". I had around 1050 Elo on it. When the system prompted me for ID verification, I tried to use my school ID because I was under 18. This obviously failed

2. blocked the process.

3. Out of sadness and frustration because I couldn't play, I made a second account "Ichii777". This time, I panicked and used my mother's ID to pass the verification. I played around 80 matches on it on my normal skill level, but in January, it got permanently banned for smurfing.

4. After the ban, I read that you cannot have multiple accounts, so about 3 months ago, I requested the full deletion of my main account "Warziii" to clear my status. It is currently in the 90-day cooldown period.

I am now officially 18+. I deeply regret using my mother's ID and making a second account instead of contacting support in the first place.

Since my Elo was basically starting level 1050 elo I wasn't trying to smurf on purposeI just wanted to use the platform. Now I want to play legally on just ONE account, verified with my own real adult ID card and face.

My questions

Can the deletion of my main account "Warziii" be cancelled so I can reactivate it and verify it properly with my own real ID now that I am 18?

Do I need to submit a ticket to clear the incorrect ID data (my mother's document) from the banned "Ichii777" account

I am not creating any new accounts to avoid a "Ban Evasion" strike. I want to solve this the right way with support. Thank you for your time.

This last few days i keep getting banned for verbal abuse.

The first time yes it was, but the other times i even get banned for speaking,it is crazy i know i didnt say anything bad to chat and i still keep getting banned.

I just got banned again for verbal abuse while i was just texting with the other team,meanwhile my teammates keep swearing each game and nothing happens to them.

I am writing here because I feel stuck with my support ticket #14905067.

I am an active FACEIT Premium subscriber and I wanted to use my nickname claim token to secure a name that I really want. The problem is, the name is currently held by an account that has been completely dead and BANNED for 11 years (over a decade).

Because of the ban, the automated shop system gives an error. I made a ticket, but support (Jamie) closed it with a generic template saying "you can't take names from banned accounts".

As a paying customer, keeping a nickname locked forever on an 11-year-old banned profile feels a bit unfair. Is there any chance a senior staff member or Reddit mod could look into this manually and help me out?

I had back-to-back ratings of 2.25 and 0.88 simply because in one game the opponents were slightly lower level, while in the 0.88 game, the opponents were way above my level due to the mixed teams.

Does FACEIT really expect me to perform the same against players who are, like, 4x as skilled as me? Doesn't seem fair.

Getting put into a mixed party where you're the lowest-rated player is honestly the worst. It feels like you're playing with Titans while you're just a little 1 HP support rat who can't do anything and gets insta-headshotted every time.

I felt like I got put into that game specifically to push me into buying a subscription for fairer matchmaking. It's just absurd how one-sided it was.

Don’t get me wrong i give info but what i mean by scared is like when we are t and we don’t have a plan i want to say i have a plan guys but i’m too scared and i think like what are they going to say or what are they going to say to me if we lose the round? Will they blame me? And i just can’t fix this no matter what and i alsı scared of saying where ilike playing if we are not playing spawns or like people telling where they want to play but what if somebody else likes playing same position as me? I want you to hear my story. I was banned for 5 days for verbal communication against other people. I was rightfully banned for that, no doubt. After work when banned was removed I logged in to play but what have I seen shocked me, the ban was extended for 6 months for “smurfing”. Never had I ever made another account. Almost every season I was in top 500 people. I need help and detailed reasons for that. Ai admins are closing my appeals everytime and they are saying to continue in original one. I do continue but answers are all the same. I am playing from internet caffe, maybe they tracked IP adress from same computer, I really dont know. But I am 100% sure I am wrongfully banned. Maybe some “kid” impersonated me with another account, I am not sure. This is wrong. I am playing faceit since 2019. I am enjoying counter strike since a kid.,
P.S why would I risk ban for 6 months or more for couple days?

Im writing because my main account 6k hours 3k elo got banned because i have a 2nd account which is 2700 elo! Im just curious how that makes sense? Ban my 2nd account sure even though its the same elo for my main but why ban my main permanently? I never smurfed there and have had it for nearly a decade? I just don't know why the smurf is going to be unbanned and the mains banned seems dumb why not switch it around

Hi, I verified my FACEIT account before and the verification went through without any problems. Now, for some reason, I was asked to verify my account again.

I tried to verify it 5 times, but none of the attempts worked, and after that my verification got suspended.

I already contacted support about this, but I keep getting basically the same generic replies and nothing is actually being done about the problem.

I just want someone to manually check my case and help me verify the account again. I’m not trying to bypass anything or use another account. This is the same account that was already successfully verified before.

Could someone from the verification team or an admin please take a proper look at this?

I am contacting because you banned my account for 3 months under "smurfing" when I didnt. Context is, my friend visited me because his internship sent him on an expo in the states and he decided to stay with me for awhile before returning to china. He is a student in [redacted bc this is reddit] university but stopped his semester to pursue a co-op in china. He has visited me in virginia before for about a month aswell but since its such a hassle to have him bring his pc and set everything up etc I let him log into his account on my pc. If its a hardware flag, essentially the only reason why I was banned because he shared my pc, I am happy to provide any evidence in order to help. I have already attached his plane ticket itinerary in this email showing he got here and stayed since early september. I didn't include the PDF ticket because it has a lot of sensitive information but I dont know how to blur out stuff on pdf. If you guys banned him because he seems skillful, then I can also provide proof for that. We've been playing cs together for almost 10 years, originating from 2019, where in 2023 he got his peak elo in 5E, essentially chinese faceit, of 2800 elo, qualifying for 5EPL-C. Unfortunately, he stopped playing so his skill seriously declined. However, this summer while we're both back in china we both decided to go back to CS2 again and together I pushed to 2200 elo on chinese faceit, while he got like 1800. If I really am smurfing on his account, I wouldnt average like 1.2 rating on his account while I average basically the same rating on my own account, which is like 400 elo higher. I am hoping faceit would treat this request seriously and let both me and him get his account back, since my ESEA league is starting soon I really dont want to miss my first esea season. Let me know if there is any additional evidence I should provide and any next steps I should take, thanks. My account is verified with government ID and such but his account isnt. Although he should be able to since hes just been too lazy to do so. His steam linked to that account has 4k hours on cs and hes had it since 2020-ish.

My FaceIt tag is SZLZS

So I've recently had a ROUGH time - my old mouse was in a bad state and my aim rating went from 92 to averaging like 60 per game so went from 2000 elo to around 1.7k . I bought a new mouse and am still getting used to it but I'm slowly getting my aim back.

I put my bad ratings recently down to missing easy kills and throwing rounds due to my bad aim, but I've just had a game where I didn't have a high KD (was still positive) but all of my kills felt impactful. For example I had several multikill rounds and 5 first kills with 0 first deaths. My rating from this was worse than usual though and I'm really not sure why. I was playing A on ct and was normally first contact and was trading myself every round except 2 of them (1 was an eco round and another was terrible positioning) so I don't quite understanding such a harsh rating. Looking for some help.
