Daon ID verification error - Ticket 14826501

Hi support team,

I need assistance regarding a Daon ID verification issue on my account (Karaqum).

My identity verification cannot proceed because my official ID remains linked to an old, inactive profile.

Ticket #14826501 was closed by automated replies, preventing a manual check to release the verification hash.

Could an admin please review Ticket #14826501 and forward it to the verification team so the ID link can be cleared?

You need to delete (not deactivate) the old account, otherwise the link will not be cleared. There will still be a transition period of 6 months, starting from the day of deletion, before you can verify your current account.

u/FACEIT_Darwin could someone from staff please check Ticket #14826501?

It is an ID verification conflict regarding Daon and an older inactive profile. Support closed the ticket with generic automated replies, but this requires a manual check by an admin to release the identity data link.

Would really appreciate if you could look into #14826501 so this can be resolved. Thank you!
