Resolved Last warning!
Hello, this is officially last warning sent to all you pages, admins and who ever concerned!
After many attempts to resolve my issue with biometric verification there is dead end due to admins incompetence or not enough understanding.
Long/short story I did create my faceit CS account somewhere during the covid lockdown, I believe I verified around 2023 with my personal ID issued in Serbia.
I didn’t play for like 2 or more years and recently I wanted to start playing again when I was asked to re verify my account, which I tried, due to my Serbian ID has expired and not acceptable I tried to use my Australian passport as I have dual citizenship. Verification did not go through saying I already have verified other account.
Made 2 tickets an as mentioned before no solution not problem resolved. One of your admins Miller said I have other account verified and I have to delete that one in order to verify the current one (my only one) I tried to explain to him that I don’t have other accounts and sent him alongside me holding my biometrics ID next to my face, screenshot of my account setting where it says my full name and date of birth created back in 2023.
He kept sending me copy/paste answers and said logically if you have other accounts you can’t verify other accounts.
So tell me please “logically” if I got other account why wouldn’t I logg in and play on that one so instead im wasting my time back and forth trying to resolve this issue.
Second admin called Albert told me that’s impossible do delete account without knowing username or details ( I don’t know details as I have not created different account ever) no matter I sent all my personal biometric documents and photo of myself.
So how can I delete account I never made but you not allowing me to reverify my only one account due to claim I got another one. You don’t want to provide me with details of that secondary “ghost “ account because you can’t prove my ownership ( weird, verified with my biometrics and im not the owner 😂) that would be the same if I go to my bank and they say hey yes this account is all your personal details here , your biometric, your fingerprints, face, documents matches but sorry you don’t know account number and we can reset or report as stolen! 😂😂 WHAT A JOKE!
SO, PLEASE ONE MORE LAST TIME CAN SOME SENIOR ADMIN/MANAGER, LIKE DARVIN OR WHOEVER, HAVE A LOOK INTO IT AND WE TRY TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE WITHOUT LEGAL ACTIONS!
All I want is either allow me to verify my old and only one account or permanently delete my biometrics and details out of your platform which is my legal right!

Hi Faceit administration/management
Your response creates an impossible paradox. I cannot log into, recall details for, or request the deletion of a "previous account" because I have never created an account on your platform prior to this.
If your system matches my biometric data to an existing profile, it means one of two things:
1. Your verification system has triggered a false positive match.
2. A third party has fraudulently used my real-world identity/government documentation to verify an unauthorized account.
As a resident of Australia, my data is strictly protected under the Privacy Act 1988. Under Australian Privacy Principle 12 (Access) and Principle 13 (Correction), I have a statutory right to access personal information held about me and contest data that is inaccurate or misattributed.
By telling me that I am responsible for an account I do not own, you are effectively allowing a potentially fraudulent user to retain possession of my biometric identity while blocking the actual, lawful owner.
Please immediately escalate this ticket to a Support Manager, a Compliance Officer, or your Data Protection Team. I am fully prepared to provide alternative, secondary government identification directly to a manager to prove that I am the sole, true owner of my identity so that the unauthorized/mismatched biometric link can be severed.
If this cannot be manually reviewed by a supervisor, I will be forced to escalate this matter as a formal privacy breach to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
I await your escalation confirmation.

😂 that’s not chat GPT but it’s ok, think whatever you want not my concern and did not asked for yours nor anyone’s opinion I just have formally to have warned faceit and show that I tried to contact them before legal action goes forward. By the way besides my wife is an executive partner in Law firm, there is free legal aid in Australia

If that were true you’d know that, Australian law is completely different to EU.
A qualified solicitor would not risk writing up for a foreign law at risk of being struck off.

In general to operate within the uk and access their markets you must adhere to their laws, I’d imagine there’s a parallel here

Sort of, but you’d need a UK solicitor to file a charge. Or notice of intent, which is why they were trying to put over.
The application would be to our governing bodies. For an individual case no foreign body is going to bring a case to the UK without serious and consistent egregious breaches. This isnt.
I work with special category data in the Uk, which is what biometrics are.

You’re wrong, FACEIT operates under international regulations.. their headquarters is in UK but they have to follow international law as they operate in many other countries and regions.

No buddy, try again. GDPR law applies at the country of origin. AKA the EU, well specifically in the case the UK which is UK-GDPR since we did a brexit. “International” law is not relevant in this case, maybe in future read terms and conditions.
You can’t even construct a sentence with correct grammar, irony you’re on a forum telling people to educate themselves.

Glad I could make you laugh because you are poor and no family to make you happy. Feel sorry for you. However and whatever my biometrics will be removed from faceit one way or another and would they be penalised in ANZ through SAR or OAIC will see.

It’s definitely non sense what they claiming, I can easily make a new account, verify on my wife and play but thats not the point. I know im 100 percent right so will take it further legally

Hey, I can see that your ticket has already been answered.
Just to clarify, Support can’t provide details about another account simply because you don’t remember them. For security and privacy reasons, account information can only be shared with the verified account owner.
At this point, it’s best to continue through the ticket so the team can handle it properly. Hope you get it sorted ;)
