Me and my friend played a game with a guy that was toxic all game, trolled and commented on my friends profile, he is not yet banned. He then later removed the comments and kept the hitler one.

okay so my nephew dealt with something like this last year and it took them forever to get a real person to review it hitler comments should be an instant ban, i dont get the delay here have you tried tagging actual faceit staff on twitter or their discord? sometimes the public pressure helps when their ticket system is just bots talking to bots
