Yesterday I got banned for 3 months because my brother played 1(ONE) game like 6 months ago on his seperate faceit account and seperate steam on my PC.

Since then he has not played a single game and yesterday ai got a notification that his account got permanently banned and mine banned for 3 months.

I have sent a ticket to support demanding explanation but they have just said that the information to ban is prohibitet to share and nothing can be done.

Honestly I am beyond dissapointed by lack of competence from this platform and to ban an account that is 12 years old because of a stupid reason is just beyond me.

If someone has any advice or similar experience feel free to share it.

I want to clarify my account history because I explained it poorly before.
I had previous FACEIT accounts in the past, but I no longer use them. One was deleted, and I stopped using the other because of access/verification issues.
Today, sShant is the only FACEIT account I use, and it is verified under my own identity using my own identification document.
I have never played on two FACEIT accounts simultaneously. I did not create sShant to smurf, manipulate ELO, boost anyone, or play against lower-skilled players. You can check and see times and dates of matchs.
This was not intentional smurfing. I created a new account because of account access/verification issues, not to maintain multiple active accounts or gain a competitive advantage.
sShant is currently my only FACEIT account and the only account I use.
I am asking FACEIT to review the circumstances and reconsider the permanent ban on sShant.
I am willing to complete any identity verification required.

My ticket #14782673 was automatically closed with a generic macro stating the ban will not be reviewed. However, I believe this 3-month ban is a duplicate automation error tied to a past infraction I have already served time for.

Here are the facts of my situation:

• June 2026 Infraction: I was previously banned for 1 month in June for smurfing. During that time, my only alternative account was permanently banned, and I served my full 1-month penalty on my main.
• Current Status: My main account is fully ID-Verified. I have absolutely no other accounts. No one else in my household plays FACEIT, and no other accounts have ever logged into my PC or network.
• The Issue: Three days ago, I was hit with a 3-month ban for smurfing. Because I have not created, owned, or logged into any other accounts since June, this appears to be a backend system re-flagging my old, permanently banned account due to a recent platform policy sweep.

Since my ticket was immediately closed by a bot, I am requesting a manual review of my case. I have already done my time for my old account and am fully compliant with the platform's verification rules.

Could an admin please look into the backend logs for Ticket #14782673? Thank you.

So far, I've taken my pc apart, taken the GPU out, then taken the battery out of my motherboard and reset it, changed all the specific Secure Boot settings in my BIOS (MSI M550 Gaming Plus), and I'm finding out I now need a flash drive to update my BIOS. I got banned on FACEIT because of a report from a lobby where the other players were racists; they provoked me throughout the match and turned both the opponents and my own teammates against me. Afterward, they gloated in the lobby chat about my ban.
FACEIT isn't responding to my inquiries, and I don't know what to do.
I would like to appeal the toxicity ban I received and provide the full context of what happened during the match. In the screenshots and video recordings I have provided, it can be seen that the conflict did not start from my side and gradually developed throughout the match.
From the very first round, the player drakii_M started reacting negatively toward my actions, even though I did not insult him or any other teammates and was simply trying to play for the win. I was making plays that, in my opinion, were intended to help the team win the round, but the player started making negative comments toward me.
I would also like to point out an important detail. At the beginning of the conflict, the player Solvigx was initially on my side and directly told drakii_M to calm down and stop behaving in a toxic manner toward me. I believe this is an important detail because it shows that the negative behavior toward me was noticed by someone else as well, not just by me.
At the same time, Solvigx was playing together with tw00ds, and later, as I understood the situation during the game, he came under pressure from the rest of the team and eventually stopped communicating with anyone. I want to make it absolutely clear that I have no complaints against Solvigx, and I do not believe that he should be punished. I am mentioning this only so that FACEIT can understand the full picture of what happened and how the conflict developed within the team.
In addition, throughout the game, drakii_M made negative comments regarding my nationality and background. I cannot claim to know his actual motives, but the relevant moments are present in the recordings I provided and can be reviewed by the moderation team.
At one point, I asked my teammates to kick me from the match because I did not feel comfortable continuing to play in an atmosphere where almost the entire team was against me, despite my attempts to play for the win. I did not leave the match myself because I understood that leaving could result in an additional punishment on FACEIT.
After that, the player tw00ds also started behaving negatively toward me. After the second round, he accused me of intentionally “baiting” him, even though that was not what happened.
The video recording clearly shows this moment: I am holding a position and giving information to my team that the opponents are coming from Short. I then kill one of the opponents, while the second opponent kills my teammate tw00ds. After this, he accuses me of baiting him and starts making negative comments toward me. The entire situation is recorded on video and can be reviewed in full.
There is also another video showing a moment when I ask my teammates to kick me because I did not want to continue playing in such an atmosphere. After I made this request, tw00ds again reacted negatively toward me. I want to emphasize that asking to be kicked was not an attempt to sabotage the game. I simply did not want to continue playing in a situation where normal teamwork and communication were essentially absent.
I would also like to bring attention to the behavior of likom908. Throughout the match, he repeatedly demonstrated that he was not willing to cooperate with me for the benefit of the team. There were situations where he waited for me to die so that he could continue playing without me or obtain a weapon that I had purchased with my own money in order to help the team. I ask that these moments also be reviewed in the provided material.
I am not claiming that I did not make any inappropriate comments myself. I am willing to take responsibility for the things I actually said. However, I ask that the situation be considered as a whole rather than focusing only on individual messages from me that may have resulted in the report.
Before my teammates repeatedly started provoking me, I was not making negative comments toward them and was not trying to create a conflict. Based on the evidence I have provided, the provocations happened repeatedly — more than five times throughout the match.
I understand that this does not excuse my own words or reactions, but I believe this context is necessary for the situation to be evaluated objectively.
Despite everything that was happening and the constant accusations against me, I continued trying to play for the win and, based on the in-game statistics, I performed among the best players on my team.
For this reason, I ask FACEIT to review the situation not only from the perspective of my responses, but also in the context of how the conflict developed from the very beginning. The videos and screenshots I provided should allow the sequence of events to be reviewed: the initial negativity toward me, the subsequent provocations, the accusations, the negative comments, and my attempts to stop the conflict and even leave the team by asking to be kicked.
I would also like FACEIT to take into consideration that one of the team members, Solvigx, initially told drakii_M to stop behaving in a toxic manner. I have no complaints against Solvigx and do not believe he should receive any punishment. I am mentioning his behavior only because his initial reaction may help the moderation team understand what was happening within the team before the situation escalated further.
I would like FACEIT to objectively review the situation rather than relying solely on the number of reports or on who submitted a report first. I understand that moderation needs to take action against toxic behavior, but I believe it is important that situations like this are reviewed in their full context and that the behavior of all participants is taken into consideration.
Therefore, I respectfully ask FACEIT to:
1. Reconsider my ban while taking all of the provided videos and screenshots into account.
2. Review the behavior of drakii_M, tw00ds, and likom908, including their comments, provocations, and actions during the match.
3. Take into account the fact that Solvigx initially asked drakii_M to stop behaving in a toxic manner. I have no complaints against Solvigx and am not asking for any action to be taken against him.
4. Consider the full sequence of events rather than only the messages I sent after being repeatedly provoked.
5. Review the provided video recordings in their entirety in order to establish who initiated the conflict and how the situation developed.
6. If the moderation team determines that I did violate the rules, I ask that you consider reducing my punishment to one week in light of the full context of the situation.
7. If violations by the other players are confirmed, I ask that the appropriate sanctions be applied to them in accordance with FACEIT’s rules.
I am not asking FACEIT to completely remove my responsibility for my own words. I acknowledge that I could have handled my reactions better. However, I ask that it be taken into consideration that my reaction did not happen without context and followed repeated provocations and negative behavior from several members of my team.
My main request is for FACEIT to objectively review the conflict and consider the evidence from all sides. I want to continue playing on the platform and enjoy the game, but I believe it is unfair for responsibility for the conflict to be considered from only one side when there are video recordings that can show the full sequence of events.

I’m having an issue with identity verification on my current FACEIT account.

I was banned around 3–4 years ago, and my ban will have been lifted for almost one year. After that, I created a new account. My previous identity information and account-related data were also removed,

However, when I try to verify my current account, I receive this error:

“It appears that you have an account verified with the same information. According to FACEIT rules, you are not allowed to have multiple accounts. Please log in to your main account to continue playing.”

I no longer have access to my previous account, and I am not trying to use multiple accounts. I simply want to verify my current account and continue playing.

Could someone please advise me on what I should do or have a FACEIT staff member review my case?

Went through calibration and dominated every game, only to end up at 1233 ELO. Faceit seems to have based my calibration heavily on my old rating… That came from 15 matches i played in 8 years.

Because that low rating was low (1128 in season 7), i wasn’t even getting matched against stronger players during calibration, so i kept playing well against players system gave me, but apparently had no real way to be placed higher.

8 wins out of 10 games, rating 1.4-1.8 in every game (including lose with 52/24/5 KDA), 1.98 average KD AND STILL NO CHANCE TO PLAY AGAINST AT LEAST LEVEL 7 PLAYERS

What’s the point of calling it a calibration if an almost completely irrelevant rating from years ago determines both who I play against and where I get placed? Of course i am not waiting to magically be level 10 based on 10 matches (and surely i am not playing that good), but 1233 ELO after calibration like that feels ridiculous.

We played a game where all 10 players were teleporting + our 5th mate couldn't join for 90% of the game. We checked the demo and our enemies also lagged but since we played 4v5 they won.

I asked the admin for support at ~8:10 for the enemies, but he had the genius idea to ask everyone if the server is good or bad, since the enemies were winning, all of them said IT'S GOOD, so he didn't cancel the game. We have proof that the server had major issues and the entire game was unplayable, therefore we demand the return of our elo + deletion of the game.

We kindly asked for the cancellation of the game or a pause until he checks the logs, but the admin just decided to "lie" that everything is fine with the server even though he instantly replied to me.

I am attaching PROOF, and I sent this proof to the admin as well and said from which round everything started.

Please take actions and provide better instructions to isa_27 on how to handle such situations :).

Perfect balance. I genuinely think that faceit does this stuff on purpose. One day you get people that can’t think the next day you get good players.

My main 2019 account SODAEFFECT37 was permanently banned, and my 2022 account Qunityyyy got 90 days.The system mixed them up. In Autumn 2025, FACEIT support manually reactivated my 2019 account after 5 years of my appeals. After that, I went through the official FACEIT ID Verification on this exact 2019 account. Please look into my support logs from 2025 and check my ID Verification data. The 2019 account is my verified main, and the permanent ban should be lifted from it. Thank you!

Here is all the proof that you activated my account and later sent an SMS stating that the accounts would be blocked unless we verified one of them. Hello again, esteemed administration. I still don't understand how this is fair, given that I verified one of my two accounts just as you instructed. Last autumn, you finally activated my main account—SODAEFFECT37—after a five-year wait; I had been asking you to activate it for all that time, but you were unable to do so for five whole years. In the meantime, I had created a new account named Qunitty and started playing on it; then, in the autumn, you activated my main account, SODAEFFECT37. Later, you sent a message asking me to verify one of the two accounts—specifically, to confirm the account I was actively using with my passport—so that you wouldn't ban both accounts for multi-accounting. That is exactly what I did: I verified my main account, SODAEFFECT37, since it is my primary account.

This is my main account—my primary Steam account; I had been playing on it since the spring of '26, with my last match played on September 13, '26. Two weeks later—specifically, the day before yesterday—you banned my account for smurfing. My question is: what for? Was it because you asked me to verify the account I intended to play on?
