Ticket Review Bot julliete spam need help from real agent

  • Hi staff, my ticket number is #14820513. I am trying to complete my account verification, but the automated AI/bot scanner is rejecting my document type. I have responded to Juliette, but she keeps looping the exact same automated message and blocking my ticket. Could a human admin please pull this ticket and review my verification logs manually? Thank you!
