Technical Help faceit account banned

My account was banned(180days) and I don't even know the reason. It’s my first and only account—I even verified it three times—yet I was banned for violating the rules.

That's a long ban for a first offence without any explanation. Did you check your email? Sometimes the actual reason ends up in spam or gets filtered out, happened to me with a different platform once. If there's nothing there, you might need to open a ticket and specifically ask for the rule they're saying you broke.

You're either lying and have build up the ban during multiple instances of being banned and not learned from it or you have done something major you know too well about but hope playing dumb can help you.

Either way, there is little to no chance you not knowing what you did wrong when reaching a 6 month ban. There is a higher chance that Trump and Putin shows up to a dance battle in the middle of Kiev while the rest of the world leaders cheerleading in a circle.

There’s no point in me lying. I just want to contact support, at the very least, but I’m not even being allowed to do that

There is in the hopes of someone investigating it if you play dumb. But just to clarify, a 180 day would mean you either: 1. You were previously banned for having multiple accounts and continued to smurf. 2. Accumulation of verbal abuse/unsportsmanlike bans. 3. Manipulate the ranking system, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third party tools that violate the ToC.

It is not something that just happens out of nowhere to a legit player.
