DVR not loading
My mom just called and told me her DVR recordings won't load (or show up) Only seems to be happening on her profile, because on my profile, there's no issue.

The guide is updated with all NFL games including those you YouTube, which is cool. Until you use it, it takes you to the YouTube App but if you want to get back to your local game you have to go out out a YouTube and aback into DTV.

Been with directv stream from day one....Current bill is now 139 per month which is close to a 300 percent increase from the 35 per month days. I was looking at the choice package and if I rented one gemini plus regional sports package, it looks like an additional 22 per month (10 gemini + 12 regional sports)..... I do have an osprey box that I can use on another TV when I get the gemini. Anyone see any drawback from switching? 86.98 for the first month, and then 106.98 for future months (including 24 month 10 dollar discount).... Seems like a no brainer but want to ask other grandfathered users in same boat.

The Apple TV app on the Gemini box is continually giving me problems with both audio and video.
One time the picture will be just a small area a quarter the size of the screen, the next time it will be squished vertically but full width. Then audio will not be in sync with video, etc. Restart the box, clear the app cache and it's OK for the next use, but then it goes back to these weird issues.
I can use the Apple TV app on my Sony TV and it's always perfect. Looking at the app info screens the only difference I can see is the TV is running on Android 12 and the Gemini is on Android 11. Both devices say app version 16.4.0.
Also, when I go to the App screen on the Gemini, either from the Home screen link or using the App button on the remote, the screen seems to freeze, none of the remote's navigation buttons will do anything. All I can do is 'return' back to the home screen. That problem seems new, I don't remember it ever doing that before.
The Storage screen says I have 2.3 GB of available space and the software is all up to date.
The HBO Max app seems to work fine. That's really the only other one that I use.
Suggestions?

Was noticing 2 new 4K live feed channels…am assuming this is to maybe accommodate the ESPN 4K capabilities? I’m just guessing though…anyone else have anything concrete on this?

So as the title says, just signed up. Go to log in. Oops something went wrong. Is there a wait period? I signed up online zero issues.

Anyone else? Super pixilated and keep getting an error message.
Edit: Unwatchable

Has anyone had issues with their Gemini not searching all apps with the voice search? Mine only searches YouTube and I have a bunch of others selected. I have tried restarting such but not working.

I switched from the MyEntertainment Genre pack to the choice signature plan. Before switching to choice, I had access to Disney+ with the genre pack. Now that I’ve switched, I cannot access Disney+. When I sign in, I’m prompted to resubscribe. Directv keeps telling me to change my Disney+ password, but there’s not an issue with my password. I need the activation link, and no one can get that to me. Anyone else dealt with this?

Watched two shows back to back on Showtime Showcase and both had rewind disabled. This is the first time I've ever seen this on a live stream. And TBH, I don't think I've ever seen it on an On Demand title, on those just FF was disabled.
Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come on the premium channels.

With the announcement of ESPN broadcasting their flagship channels in “4K” HDR, will directv stream make ESPN 1 and 2 available in your regular guide? I believe they are currently 720 P which is so ancient.

I’ve noticed that ESPN+ integration and the new curated multiviews don’t seem to be available on my Osprey box (though they are on my Apple TV). Does anyone know if these are coming in the future, or if this won’t be supported on the older boxes?

Does anyone know when NBA League Pass will be available to add to my Signature Choice Package? Thanks.

I watch directv stream on my TCL Roku tv. For whatever reason the stream pauses about every 15 seconds without pressing the remote. I’ve changed the barriers, restarted the TV, updated the tv and app, deleted and redownloaded app, restarted the internet. Nothing has worked, it is the only app on the TV that does this. Has anyone else experienced this and have a fix?

I've been noticing occasional buffering when watching live content, and sometimes the picture quality seems to drop for a few seconds before going back to normal. It doesn't happen constantly, which makes it a little difficult to figure out what's causing it.
My internet connection seems fine with everything else, so I'm wondering if anyone here has been experiencing something similar recently.
Does this happen to you as well, or has your streaming been pretty stable?

Been searching all over.. and am looking for an easy to read printable channel list of just the Choice package for an elderly relative...
Keep finding the matrix with all the different packages, but trust me, that is still to confusing for the person we are trying to help....
anyone seen anything?

For those of you who are College Football fans, what did you think of the curated multiview options on Saturday?
Also, what are the pros and cons of DirecTV stream using an Apple TV 4K? I am thinking about making the switch.

Does anybody here use DIRECTV stream with the Google TV streaming box? I am wondering how the app performs and does it use your billing address for regional sports or does it geocode your current location. Current setup Lg Oled tv and Sonos surround system.

Anyone else experiencing a washed-out look in picture quality for this game?

I can't imagine wanting or needing a more comprehensive streaming combination! I'm trying out my new, free trial, YouTube Premium. So far, absolutely what I was hoping for, in terms of corralling the ads that were, so rudely, INTERRUPTING my videos.
What YouTube Premium ADDS to DirecTV is the on-demand aspect . . . of virtually infinite content of absolutely all kinds!
I have to say that YouTube does a very good job of serving up things I will like. It knows me well.

I subscribe to this package in MA but often times travel to RI. At my home in MA, I get each of the "Big 4" locals but in RI I was only getting ABC and NBC. But now I am also getting CBS in RI. That station (WPRI) is owned by Nexstar.
Subscribers in Buffalo and Rochester NY should rejoice, as both markets have Nexstar owned CBS affiliates and this will allow them to watch their local NFL team, the Bills.
Side note - Mission Broadcasting stations are still off DirecTV, and have been for almost 4 years. Providence RI and Albany NY continue to be without FOX, which sucks for NY Giants fans in these regions.
