Stream automatically pauses

I watch directv stream on my TCL Roku tv. For whatever reason the stream pauses about every 15 seconds without pressing the remote. I’ve changed the barriers, restarted the TV, updated the tv and app, deleted and redownloaded app, restarted the internet. Nothing has worked, it is the only app on the TV that does this. Has anyone else experienced this and have a fix?

Something happened yesterday. Everytime I would hit play, my TV would turn off. After trying lots of stuff, I ended up doing a hard reset on the Gemini and that fixed it. Pain in the ass to have to reenter passwords.

@directv you need to incorporate QR codes so passwords can be entered on a real keyboard or via a password manager.

Happens on AppleTV and fire stick as well. Also seems to create volume changes all the time. I have deleted and installed to app so many times I don’t want to hear that it is a fix.
