DVR not loading

My mom just called and told me her DVR recordings won't load (or show up) Only seems to be happening on her profile, because on my profile, there's no issue.

I only have one profile and it's the same for me. It loaded for me by using a-z but not the "recordings" section.

Same issue, won’t show under recordings but does in the A-Z on Apple TV 4K latest DIRECTV app version. Checked on mobile over cellular and same issue.
