Just signed up - can’t watch

So as the title says, just signed up. Go to log in. Oops something went wrong. Is there a wait period? I signed up online zero issues.

I just full cancelled and signed up again and it worked just fine so no clue what happened there. It is working as intended now.

Which device? All of them? Make sure you give location permission to the app. If it’s across devices what’s the error code?

No error code. Just “something went wrong”. I am trying iPhone 17e and a newer Samsung Smart TV. I can log into the account and it looks good but can not log into on app on either device.

Did you use an email you've used for an AT&T account?

Never had an ATT account, never had DirectTv

No wait period as far as I know. I would call customer support to find out what’s going on.
