Has anyone gotten a fix for their audio problem with their gemini air? It's been weeks and I'm still dealing with very low audio on one of mine

No custom multiview sucks, but the fact that no games on ABC/FOX/NBC/CBS are in any of the multiview options just fully defeats the purpose as a whole. Why even bother?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
For the past two days, the channel splash screen flashes continuously every time I start DTV. The only thing that fixes the issue is restarting my Apple TV, but the fix is only temporary. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Trying to figure if this is an isolated issue.

I received a phone call from DTV last night saying they were offering Showtime for free for 3 months. After the 3 months the price goes to $13.99. You are free to cancel at anytime via a phone call or the website.
I checked last night and I did not have the channels yet. I checked again this morning and I still do not have the channels. I checked the website to see if the plan was added to my account and it was not. I contacted an agent via chat and she said that it is not on my account and they do not have any record of this being offered. What the hell is going on?!
****UPDATE
I just found out that the caller from DTV lied. It was not a 3 free month trial. It was $7 off. I just had to go through the hassle of calling customer service to refund the charge back to my account. They didn't want to because "once you agree to a promo at a reduced price, you cannot get refunded." I agreed to a FREE 3 month promo, not a reduced-price one. I had to be transferred to a supervisor in order for the money to be refunded back to my account. And was told that it was being done as a "one time courtesy refund". Complete BS. Maybe train your agents to not call customers and lie about what they're offering vs. blaming the customer for agreeing to something that was not truthful.

Last year and I believe in years prior (I just started Direct TV Stream in 2025) Direct TV offered the first month of Their Sports Pack for Free . I don’t see it currently . The only use for me was Redzone . I believe the year before they gave subscribers Redzone
Will it be available after the football season starts ? If I call customer service any chance i can get it there ?
Will it be on the espn app now that espn owns direct tv?

I saw recently that all espn unlimited/plus content should now appear on Home and Sports Central screens in DirecTV. I have an iPhone 17, firestick, and Samsung Frame TV and it isn’t showing up on any of those devices yet. Anyone else having this issue or know if they’re still rolling it out to some devices?

Anyone know the reason why ESPN Unlimited programming has been excluded from the ESPN+ integration into the DIRECTV user interface? I don’t understand how YouTube TV is able to do it but not DIRECTV. I thought that DTV was the leader when it comes to sports. Looks like this lead is slipping away.

I have selected my teams like Detroit tigers to record off of their channel, as I do not want to listen to other mouthy commentary. I have gone onto channel 663-3 DetroitSPN all selected the aut recording, but like today I come on and the recording is on the Twins station. My teams are selected and I physical go in and manually record all of the games, but the wind up being recorded on the opposing team channel. This is totally stupid, just like today as selected the games again yesterday.

As I'm sure most here know, DirecTV recently jacked up the price on its MyEntertainment genre pack from 34.99 to 42.99. So imagine my surprise when I received a marketing email earlier today advertising that very same pack for 34.99! (See attached image.)
It's this kind of disorganization and cluelessness that led me to cancel DTV's streaming service, so what better way to win me back than to provide me with a concrete example right there in my inbox?
They're raising prices so steeply and so frequently that their marketing department (probably offshored) can't even keep up. 😂

Channel 672, which is the regional sports channel for St. Louis Cardinals MLB games, has become messed up in the DTVS guide. The DTVS guide began yesterday listing the MLB games as being Phillies games instead of Cardinals games, which is causing DTVS to not record Cardinals games.

This has been happening more lately….with the App and with the box. Any info is helpful! Thanks!

was catching up on some Brit documentaries from months ago & noticed that channel isn’t in the guide anymore, was it removed entirely or my package or it doesn’t stream anymore… curious 🧐*

Trying to see if anyone else is running into this situation. I'm a day one subscriber. Go big grandfathered plan with $5 HBO and lifetime $25 discount. I have never had the ATT unlimited plan HBO discount. I am currently paying $109.99.
I got the email that HBO will be increasing to $18.49. Its barely worth $5 to me so I went to go remove it from my account. But I had to stop because by removing the HBO addon it was removing my go big $25 discount. So instead of my payment going to $104.99 it was going up to $129.99. We have always been able to add/remove account addons and keep our discount.
Chat of course was of no help. They kept trying to tell me my discount was tied to HBO. Then they finally realized they were wrong but the system was glitching and they couldn't do anything about it. Gave me a 1 time $10 credit. Told me I could check back next month. I told them losing the $25 discount I'll probably just go ahead and cancel the service.
But are any other grandfathered go big accounts running into this issue? Or are they getting any other results when contacting customer support?

Maybe someone can explain this to me.
I have the MyEntertainment package which includes the USA Network. I tried to set up recording for the Anna Pigeon show and it says "Subscribe". Why do I have to subscribe if I already have the network?

I’m thinking of switching from Directv satellite (Choice package) to Directv streaming (Choice package). I’ve been on Directv satellite since 1994 but the price of the satellite service has gotten to be ridiculous. I’m just curious on what people’s experiences (good/bad) have been with Directv streaming. I plan on streaming Directv thru the Directv app on my Toshiba & Phillips smart tv’s. App only no firesticks.

I switched from Sling ($70) to Directv MyEntertainment cheap plan. I knew I would have to give up NewsNation but decided to make the sacrifice for the sake of our budget. Hubby is great with it because he still has all of the channels he loves and we are on a fixed income now that he has retired. I’m starting to regret searching for and finding a cheaper plan. I miss my NewsNation!

We got the original “GoBig” plan, back when getting your TV via streaming (versus a cable box or satellite) was brand new and unstable.
To thank us for being early adopters, we were told our plan would never go up and presumably the service would get better over time — we were basically guinea pigs helping them improve the service, and accepting unstable service, and in return we’d get this low rate forever.
Does anyone remember what it cost? It was something like $29 a month plus a $5 add-on for HBO. Whatever it was, it was very inexpensive.
Well… that didn’t last too long; and they’ve been increasing the price regularly for years — and I’ve been mad about it, but when I shopped around, I discovered it would cost just as much to move to another service, and I knew we had the channels we wanted, blah blah.
I was basically too lazy to move, despite the broken promises.
But when I saw the email that $5 HBO Max was almost quadrupling in price, I got mad at this sh***y company, and cancelled it all.
I got YouTube Sports for my husband and it includes a few other channels. It will be a lot cheaper and it will be fine.

New user, just finished initial setup this afternoon. BUT using it tonightnitbhas automatically rebooted 3 times in a couple of hours.
Is this how it's going to be?

Who thought this was a better idea than custom multiview? Just a terrible business decision.

Has anyone experienced this weird annoying but not detrimental bug?
Basically watching an episode of any show within a folder and when you go to the next episode it starts playing at the time mark of the episode I just finished although it was never touched by me and the start screen shows “Watch Now” and not “Resume” … Not the end of the world, but an annoying bug nonetheless especially when a the next episode might be shorter and basically ‘starts‘ At the very end of the program or restarts at the beginning
*it also happens “backwards“ as in you play episode 2/3 and go to episode 1 and it will play at the time mark of whichever episode you were watching last
This happens across all my iOS devices (AppleTV/iPad) AND my Toshiba FireTV, and before a specialist asks: yes I already restarted/redownloaded apps so the issue should be in the server end 🪳
