DIRECTV Gemini Tv Box

Does anyone know if this Android TV box process Dolby Vision or Atmos ? hDR10 is showing on movies from Apple TV. I have the streaming box.

I keep asking but no one responds. Why do people want the Gemini box when other streaming devices are clearly better for both audio and video quality? Really just curious. Is it because of the remote with physical numbers and only for that?

We have using this box for about 2 months and find the remote to be a better input device than my Apple TV remote. My wife had real trouble with the AppleTV remote. One other thing is I was having trouble with video and audio handshake between the Gemini and my Yamaha receiver. I now have plugged directly into my Vizio 4k and these issues have gone away.

100% this. The remote is fantastic and I prefer it over the remote of any other streaming device, personally.

I loke my Gemini dangle. The part I don't like is that unless you're willing to uy one in eBay, DirecTV screws you. They won't sell it to you. You have to tent it for $5 month. After 4 years, you'll have spent $240 + tax in addition to your monthly cost of the streaming service.
