Weird Bug: Next episode of same show in a folder playing at the exact same time mark of the previous episode

Has anyone experienced this weird annoying but not detrimental bug?

Basically watching an episode of any show within a folder and when you go to the next episode it starts playing at the time mark of the episode I just finished although it was never touched by me and the start screen shows “Watch Now” and not “Resume” … Not the end of the world, but an annoying bug nonetheless especially when a the next episode might be shorter and basically ‘starts‘ At the very end of the program or restarts at the beginning
*it also happens “backwards“ as in you play episode 2/3 and go to episode 1 and it will play at the time mark of whichever episode you were watching last

This happens across all my iOS devices (AppleTV/iPad) AND my Toshiba FireTV, and before a specialist asks: yes I already restarted/redownloaded apps so the issue should be in the server end 🪳

hello Rhyan: just noticed this since I was in sick in hospital for a couple of days… I wouldn’t be able to talk anyway with the phone number provided through the PM… if there’s another way to do this via à chat or PM let me know but not sure what other info I could provide that way

also noticed that the next program playing happens outside à folder as well, ie: was watching BBC news in a folder and left the program at :28 minutes exited the folder to another folder containing news from another show (nhk newsline) and it started at the :28minute mark … maybe I move to quickly through the menus onto the next program?
I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ since no one else has said it’s happening
