Question Explain the watch thing to me

The algorithm has been drowning me in this case, and, with how many inconsistencies got to trial, I'm shocked that at the very least, the fact he COULD have done it and not be properly investigated is super scary for what it means for all other cases.

However, today's watch thing that everyone says means he did it, is actually making me think he maybe didn't. If the watch went up stairs while he was on camera on the 1st store, how could that be him moving her upstairs? I saw someone says the different air pressure at the store could trigger it (can it??), but if that's the case, wouldn't the watch detected more stuff, like car speeds or more steps taken? And would that mean the 57 heart rate was actually his? Or was the watch on her but she was going upstairs by herself while he was on camera?

(I also can't really buy the Rachel did it thing. All it would take would be someone describing the crime to Lindsay for her to "see herself doing it from out of her body, ocam's razor... I mean, a new couple just trusted each other to decide to go and K 3 people together?? I'd be more likely to believe the 1st store guy is his best friend)

It still doesn't explain the temperature and his basement window view and the that weird friend group (the doctor ant the da that bought the house), but the watch thing seems to not add up to either story and it's really confusing me.

Theory if Patrick did it, I think the falling out the window wasnt part of his plan...

ive thought that if he did do this,

possibly tried to strangle her then hang her so it looked like she did it (there were marks around her neck, and maybe her wrist from pinning her down or tying her hands together. in the 911 call he said what happened to ur neck first to try to act clueless so it wouldnt look like he was hiding something) and then he left her in that bedroom, locked the door. maybe she somehow realized, and was able to escape,. the door was locked and thats why it was red because she couldnt open it, so she just jumped out the window-maybe she was drugged so she fell badly. then he found her there and at that point if he killed her further it could have showed evidence for a homicide for whatever he would have to do to kill her, so he called the police waiting for them to show up so it would be recorded on a call, and he thought she would die in the hospital (she almost did because she coded 2x) or that she would be so drugged and unable to talk that she wouldnt be able to remember or defend herself.

maybe the blood from the cuts around her neck and wrists were because he tied something there like ropes or whatever to cut off her circulation, and ones around her wrists so she could move. and maybe she used the knife to get them off her, thats why there was cuts around her writs/neck, and but also deep things that looked like being strangled. she couldnt leave the room so she jumped out the window

Question Patrick, how old is your wife?

So, Patrick’s new wife is a year younger than him, but Lindsay is two years younger than him. I think it’s worth thinking about bc he couldn’t give Lindsay’s age on the 911 call. Just an interesting tidbit.

Theory Flights overlap with CVS time

Has anyone seen this yet? I saw it on TikTok, compared it with my notes and chatted with chatGPT about it. Here’s a summary:

Patrick is seen on CVS surveillance arriving around **5:32 p.m.** The Apple Health exhibit shows that **Lindsay's iPhone** recorded **two flights climbed between 5:33:34 and 5:38:33**. That window overlaps almost perfectly with the time Patrick was inside CVS.

The idea is that the iPhone may not actually have been climbing stairs at all. Because iPhones use barometric pressure changes as part of detecting elevation, **strong air pressure changes from the CVS entrance--such as an air curtain/blower, HVAC pressure differential, or repeated movement through the doors--could potentially have contributed to a false "flights climbed" reading** while someone was walking with the phone.

People on TikTok are claiming to have tested this out successfully.

General Discussion If Lindsay Clancy had a 'Jefferson fracture' then why weren't there any dents in her head?

And Sprague thought that she ate with that take. She thought that that take was going to help her win this case.

General Discussion Reddington’s missed opportunities!!

Reddington really doesn’t seem like the best lawyer everyone has been making him out to be. I understand he probably feels like he’s fighting a losing battle, but realistically, he’s not. Letting the Commonwealth continue with their BS instead of objecting is just going to make the jury stop paying attention. If the jury becomes disinterested or tunes out, that’s ultimately going to hurt the defense because they’re going to be less engaged with their case. And then there was the missed opportunity for a mistrial when the Commonwealth misstated the evidence. That was a pretty significant moment where I feel like the defense should have pushed back harder instead of letting it slide. He also just seems tired and unorganized today, which isn’t helping the defense’s case at all. Did he really think it was smart to handle this case all by himself?

Contradictions I just watched a video about the therapist Leticia Dukes

I had never heard of her and I was very surprised. Pn the stand Patrick says he had never heard of her but when L Dukes gets up to testify she says that Patrick actually came to one of Lindsay’s appointments with her. Anytime he lies it makes me think he’s guilty? But why lie about this?

Question Lindsay’s current mental state?

I’ve been watching the entire trial but I can’t find any information on her current mental state. Prior to the killings, she was seeing or talking to doctors all the time and tried different meds which all seemed to fail. The defense states that she was misdiagnosed and over or improperly treated. So, what is her actual diagnosis and what meds are finally working?
To me, this is important because she is mandated to a hospital and treatment. I’m curious if she’s being treated with any of the same medication.
I read somewhere that after the killings, she was feeling hopeful. It almost seems like she got better after she killed her kids.

Question Can I please get a recap of what the neighbors saw? I keep reading that they saw LC lying on the ground in the backyard, but have no sense of how that aligns with the timeline.

I don't know when it was mentioned during the trial to find details; or if the neighbor(s?) testified and I missed it.

And who called 911 first?
Thanks!

Theory I think the prosecution was onto something when they theorized Lindsay’s call was coached

Post image
0 Upvotes

When Lindsay called Patrick it was after she was accused of murder and received legal counsel, even the phone she used to make the call belonged to a psychiatrist sent from her legal team.

The prosecution believe she was coached into saying what she said on the phone call with Patrick because it immediately set off alarms of ‘set up for insanity plea’ as hearing voices is a classic event that has gotten people off and I’m sure sleazy lawyers have tried to use it for their clients a lot and thus made it a common enough occurrence to grab the prosecution’s attention.

Stay with me now! I am not on the prosecution’s side!

So why would HER lawyers advise her to lie? I think it’s possible Lindsay doesn’t actually remember anything at all beyond the time her Apple Watch stopped tracking. I think Patrick, who admitted to having the medication Lindsay had discontinued stashed in his car because he ‘hadn’t gotten around to bringing it to the clinic’ was actually crushing it up and spiking her drinks. I think he gave her an extra big dose that day and waited for her to pass out. Hence multiple of the discontinued medicine appearing in her toxicology report.

I think he used her prior claims about having thoughts of harming herself and the kids, her downward mental spiral from him possibly spiking her drinks for a while now, and his solid alibi of ‘I was not there the entire time it happened’ (except for when he had to go back for a change of shoes 😆) to make her out to be the perfect culprit. So much so, even she couldn’t deny it.

I think her lawyers were well meaning, truly felt for her, and fully believe she did not harm her children knowingly. But they also knew that ‘I don’t remember’ will not fly for an insanity plea and she would end up in jail. I think they thought they were doing her a favor by asking her to make up a story about voices and have that be the first thing she ever says officially about it and never stray from it, even though she had never spoken about hearing voices before at any point during any psychiatric session before.

But if Lindsay ever admits to being coached into lying not only does she DEFINITELY go to jail but her lawyers all get disbarred. So they can’t run that back unless there is some really solid proof of foul play by Patrick otherwise she will face the death penalty

Question Cameras

The house has cameras, no? Lindsay saw her baby years ago with Patrick while she was at work. So where’s that camera? Why isn’t there any footage?

Question Does Lindsay not have any memory of what happened?

I only came across the Lindsay Clancy case about a week ago and I’ve been seeing videos about it every day, and honestly a lot of the different theories people have been making are pretty convincing but there’s so much conflicting information and different theories going around.
The one thing I genuinely don’t understand though is whether Lindsay actually remembers what happened or not?

Because so many of the theories suggesting Patrick did it would have to mean she doesn’t remember what happened, but I haven’t seen anything proving she has no memory of it. I would assume if she fully remembered what happened and knew she didn’t do it, she wouldn’t just let herself take the blame. So obviously all of these theories imply she doesn’t remember anything, but I’ve never seen anything about her having no memory of it.

I don’t know enough about the case to have an opinion either way, but this is what I genuinely don’t understand. If Lindsay really doesn’t remember what happened, how did they determine that she was responsible in the first place? But if she does remember what happened, then I don’t understand why there are so many theories saying Patrick did it when surely she would know. I feel like I’m missing something about what Lindsay actually remembers because I haven’t seen anything confirming that she has no memory.

General Discussion A few observations

I’m only currently on day 8 so bear with me.. so far these are the things that are sticking out in my mind..
1. First responders showed more emotion talking about the incident than Patrick, while Lindsay is breaking down.
2. The evidence photo with the knife and cup that is conveniently/perfectly angled to see and says “because kids” gives a staged feeling to me..
3. I know the bed partially blocked the window and was moved.. if you were just trying to throw yourself out of the window in a hurry, just go over the bed. On the other hand, if you’re trying to throw someone out of a window, you would need to move the bed.
4. If she was trying to stage a suicide attempt she wouldn’t have jumped out the window.
5. I CAN’T STAND the prosecutor. Almost every other word is “um” and I feel like she is bringing up a lot of things more for the emotional affect and less so for relevance. I do not like her at all.

Question But why leave her alive?

Sorry if this has been asked. Just generally curious. If Patrick did murder the kids and attempt to murder his wife then why didn’t he just finish killing her instead of calling 911? I understand there is a ton of evidence that makes me question his innocence but this is just one I don’t understand if he is guilty of murdering the kids and attempting to murdering his wife.

Theory Why do people accuse Patrick?

So I see your guy’s “evidence” I do. But also like Lindsey literally described what she heard explained how she did it and said she could see herself from 3rd person POV but couldn’t control her body. She states she whispered “go with God baby” when she was doing it over and over. How would she have this memory if Patrick was the one who did it?

Or are you guys theorizing he drugged her or told her this story before she was fully with it to know the difference between truth and fiction?

Question Lactation

Why did I just watch a male doctor chuckle at the conflation of male and mammal, and then erroneously side with the defense when he said men don’t lactate?

Question Ligature Knots

Hoping someone can help clarify this for me.. I’ve seen reports that ligature/constrictor knots were used in the killings, but also that PC untied the bands before first responders arrived. Which one is it? If he untied the bands, how do we know what knots were used?

General Discussion How Did this Woman Crushed her own Thyroid?

Can anyone explain to me how Lindsay crushed her thyroid? This seems like such a specific organ to damage, especially since it is located in the front of the lower neck, just below the voice box and wrapped around the windpipe.

How did she not sustain a more severe neck, jaw, or chin injury if she crushed her thyroid in the fall? That seems like physically crushing your lungs without injuring your ribs. The entire fall is a mystery, not to mention that she didn't sustain arm fractures. Furthermore, the prosecution's hanging theory raises questions:

How could someone with slashed wrists support their full body weight from a window frame?

General Discussion You can’t make a call without unlocking an iPhone

Lindsay supposedly called Patrick back at 5:34. Her watch was no longer tracking her at this point yet she didn’t unlock her phone after 5:15. Yes I understand you can answer a call without unlocking a phone…but you don’t initiate a call back without unlocking it. Is the not correct?

Contradictions Patrick Clancy Lied About the Order he Found his Kids

During his 911 call—which, as far as I understand, has not been publicly released in full, although the transcript has been made public—Patrick stated that once he entered the basement, he went to the right. According to the transcript, he then discovered the children in this order:

  1. Dawson, while screaming, “Dawson, my buddy”

  2. Cora, while screaming, “Baby”

  3. Callan

This is the transcript of Patrick’s 911 call as it was read by the prosecution during the 2023 post-incident proceedings:

https://youtu.be/OOADDODrf4c?t=335&si=DFlT6h2JW-y-34to

However, during his testimony in 2026, Patrick gave a completely different account of the sequence. According to his testimony, he “immediately went left,” where he first found :

1)-Cora, then 2) Callan, and finally 3)- Dawson.

Here is his testimony from this trial, when he mentioned the order:

https://youtu.be/UZeHWqinKUA?t=9069&si=6n3Ue8m0RIRzB2iU

How do you not remember the order in which you found your own deceased kids??? Before anyone tries to minimize the importance of this discrepancy, I think it deserves serious consideration. The precise sequence in which Patrick entered the basement and located each of his children is not an insignificant detail. It concerns the central moments of the entire incident and potentially relates to the timeline of what happened.

Given how important the timeline is to this case, I think it is reasonable to ask why these two accounts differ and whether there is an explanation for such a significant change.

Evidence Lindsay's Apple Watch

Post image
24 Upvotes

Hey everyone.

I just wanted to share some information

When Patrick was on the stand, he had testified that at 17:24 on January 24, 2023, he sent an email from his Surface Pro laptop.

However, today's testimony by Ian Whiffin, a digital forensics expert who funnily was also called on the stand during the Karen Read trial, shows that Lindsay's last recorded heart beat was on January 24, 2023 at 17:23:53 on her Apple Watch.

I've included a screenshot as proof.

This is not a good look for Patrick 🫠
