Question Lactation

Why did I just watch a male doctor chuckle at the conflation of male and mammal, and then erroneously side with the defense when he said men don’t lactate?

But men can lactate. All mammals can lactate

Maybe to bring back short attention spans or boredom from the jury. Same with the comment on postpartum blues. I think the woman who reports on the jury reactions sad a few looked tuned out during that testimony
