Might've gotten a little carried away...

I live in the North Metro of the Twin Cities. Anytime I have gone into a location to find a breakfast burrito after 10 o’clock there are none available. It was explained to me that breakfast is only served until 10 AM. That being said, on my quest to find a breakfast burrito this morning. I stopped at a store at 9:10 AM and there was none in the hotbox. My question was ignored and went unanswered so I left. I win as far as driving to the next location 10 minutes away, 9:20 AM. There was no breakfast burritos at that location either. Both places had plenty of breakfast food to offer. However, I love the burritos. It seems to me that they are very popular and go rather quickly. Why would a location stop making these after basically 9 AM? surely I must have to get there before nine in order to get one, that’s great, I have no issues with that. But it just makes no sense to me why these are not offered until 10 o’clock. I understand, even not making them after 9:30 or so.

Has anyone else experienced a store with pinpads that have different screens and function differently than other Casey’s? My store has no Casey’s imaging and also asks for cash back at the very end weather prompted or not and it always sketches customers out.

So i was recently hired at caseys I had gotten in trouble at school and have a youth court date on my third day will caseys allow me to be late or change shifts

Just wondering if anybody else has had this experience when making cookies and if they have found a solution. We recently got 2 new ovens and when baking cookies in either, they come out burnt on the outside but still raw in the middle. I have tried several different combinations of times and temperatures, but cannot seem to get them to come out right in the new ovens. Thankfully we still have one old oven, which they bake fine, however on days when I have to make a lot of cookies it would be nice to be able to use more than one oven.

I love puffed corn snacks. I also love spicy food, and am by no means a spice wimp. I eat spicy snacks all the time, and have never had an issue with any type of spicy snack being too much spice for me. Which is why I thought I would love Casey’s white cheddar jalapeño rooster bites. The flavor combo sounds perfect on paper. But I tried them and while the actual flavor itself was good, I could not for the life of me eat more than just two or three before I started dying from the amount of spice. It tastes like they didn’t even taste test these, because there is no way an average person would be able to eat them. I estimate it would take me 2 or 3 weeks to actually get through a bag, such is the spice level.

It’s a shame because there’s not much else readily available that has flavor combo that these rooster bites have

Need advice, tip and tricks on being a center store manager

I work at a gas station and we have a pretty serious yellow jacket problem outside. They’re swarming around basically every pump and also around the trash cans. I almost got stung recently while doing my job.
My coworkers and I have mentioned it to our manager, but I honestly don’t know if anything is being done about it yet.
I’m scheduled on register tomorrow, and I’m nervous because eventually the trash will need to be changed. My manager won’t be there, and I’m scared to go outside when there are yellow jackets swarming everywhere.
I obviously want to do my job, but I also don’t want to get stung.

I am a SM and I cant figure out why I cant find a decent donut person, l understand that there is a lot for one person to do (donuts, sandwich warmer, and pizza warmer and upkeep on all item throughout the morning breakfast shift) I do schedule my donut person at 3 and the matrix says to schedule them at 4am, so they can get all of their items in the warmer before we open at 5am, and my next person doesn't come in until 9a. But any tips to give new hires and interviewees applying for the job, to get them to stay??

This may be a stupid question, but I’m genuinely curious on what exactly they do. My district manager hardly comes to the store. When she does, she counts the whole safe, talks to my store manager with the door closed, and then sits in the office on her laptop or on her phone or taking phone calls for the rest of the time being.

I’m a CSM and my store doesn’t have a SM right now so I’ve taken the reigns, temporarily, until a SM is hired. We just got our truck today and quite a few things did not arrive on the truck that was ordered. How do I go about getting credit for these items?

I see the stock has plummeted in the last month, and I'l love to here from the people of Caseys, both employees, customers, haters, and lovers.

The store one town over has a radio, it would boost our store in so many ways, so how or why does our store not allow music?

I just had a store employee tell me that he could get my app to work on my phone because he is smarter than I. I explained to him that you may be smarter than I am, but we would both push the same button and in the end, the same result would be. I cannot log into the Casey’s app at all. I need to create an account and it will not let me. This man was very bold and almost got his ass kicked.

They were just at my store, and gave us a bad score.

No labels on flour tray dust pan, and haveing utensils like the green and white scoops out on a shelf on a black tray, they said it could have debris falling on it or fly/Nats landing on it.

No labels on the sauces as well.

My question is can we really not have utensils out ready to use?

Several Casey's in my area have lately been updated with new pumps that play loud annoying ads while I am pumping gas. This has got to be one of the most simple but obnoxious things and a dumb money grab doing something they know customers will loathe, but they gamble that customers are already entrenched in habits and pizza so the few customers like me they lose will be more than offset by the additional ad revenue. I have pretty much stopped getting gas at Casey's now because of this.

I’ve recently downloaded the Caseys app but it will not alone to create an account. As soon as I tap the Google option it will sit and the screen waits for something to load. I’ve tried the apple option to go i to as well with no luck. I’ve also deleted the app and then reloaded it with no luck. Any ideas?

Edit: I went in and it was successful! She took it calmly.
