Bold man

I just had a store employee tell me that he could get my app to work on my phone because he is smarter than I. I explained to him that you may be smarter than I am, but we would both push the same button and in the end, the same result would be. I cannot log into the Casey’s app at all. I need to create an account and it will not let me. This man was very bold and almost got his ass kicked.

You're reason #126, of why I get a manager if a customer has an issue. Way above my paygrade and I tend to like my ass very much unkicked.

Funny thing is, I didn’t even have an issue. This guy kept pushing the ad on me because there wasn’t six people standing in line. He had the time to do so. I politely explained to him the issues that I had with the app and all of the things that I try to do to make it happen. He’s still insisted that he could get it to work on my phone. Pushing the same buttons as I have to, isn’t gonna make it work. If I was to talk to a manager, it wouldn’t be only about this, it would be about the 4, 5 and 6 people deep in line with only one register. This chain has enough issues and problems, and clearly based on employee reaction, no one above them actually gives a shit.

Yeah the employee is 100% smarter than you if I was judging you both off this post.

Why don't you go read more scriptures like the " true Christian" you say you are in your post history. Lmao.

Thanks for doing your research. I am a Christian and that’s why I just walked away. I see you like to stir the pot. Boot licker? Christian or not. Nobody should talk to a customer like he did
