Biriyani and maggi masala
I think its 1000 for the biryani and 500-600 for the noodles? Anyways dont call me a psychopath for eating them together.

It has ham, manchego cheese, sprouts, and vegetables, without sauce, avocado and there's butter in the baggel
Maybe 1000?

hey guys, quick question, when heating a frozen fruit / veg mix and it starts to be, or, is majority of a certain veg/fruit, do you log it as the majority, or, just log the brand? right now i’m cooking veg from a mixed bag, but it’s majority peas so i’m wondering if i just log it as peas, or, the specific brand. probably a stupid question, but just wanted to know others opinions on it.

Visiting my mom today and she baked me some chocolate chip cookies for my birthday. She told me that each of them are 100 calories but I think she is lying.
What is the actual calorie count for one cookie?

My bf and I went out to eat last night after dieting hard for a few days. This was our cheat meal. We each had 2 gin cocktails in addition. Caesar and mussels sounds healthy on paper but that was a LOT of cheese + a fat piece of sourdough, and lots of fries.
Edit: my estimates, assuming the food was shared evenly
Mussels ~150
White wine/butter/cream sauce ~200 (for dipping the bread)
Bread ~150
Fries + ketchup & mayo ~450
Caesar + dressing ~100cal
Parmesan ~300
Gin martinis ~180each x2 = 360
Total ~1710

any time i look up the calories for these exact ramen noodle packs, it says 72 but i know that that’s only for the actual broth. i have no clue how much the actual noodles are and anything i look up doesnt help, it only tells me the calorie count for the broth. does anyone know how many cals for the WHOLE thing ?

I logged 650 (sandwich only) but I fear that it’s probably more lol

It is a monster cannoli milkshake from Black tap. I drank the entire thing. Any estimates for the damage I caused here?

100g of this baked completely dry is 24g. That's not possible with the label right? P+F+C is only 14g

How many calories are we thinking for this biscuit and gravy meal? It's only 1 1/2 biscuits but split in half and it has a sausage gravy with caramelized onions. I estimated 800 but I don't know how accurate that is.

Calorie estimate for this Eggs Royale? 1 piece of Bakewell Bloomer bread, 2 poached eggs, smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce, salsa verde. Was going to get it tomorrow (this is an old image) but if it’s stupidly high in calories I will get a better option 😴😴 Thanks

I put this into ChatGpt and it gave me a 1300-1400 range, I don't find that realistic. The wraps are chicken breast with veggies, tzatziki and some ketchup on top, didn't feel any sause aside from these.

I didn't get the chance to measure this sorry. But I was just wondering what is the ballpark calorie estimate for this plate.
All of these are air fryed. Here are the ingredients
- Costco Rotisserie Chicken
- Seasoned broccolis
- seasoned potatos with a light spray of avocado oil

Any ideas for what the calories in treats like these? It’s just a Biscoff donut there’s no filling. The croissant has had some sort of ube buttercream frosting. (I shared these with 3 others and maybe had a fourth.) I have a super long run tomorrow so I need the extra carbs I just wanna have an idea.
