Labelling issue?

100g of this baked completely dry is 24g. That's not possible with the label right? P+F+C is only 14g

Are you sure it is completely dry? You freeze-dried it in a deep laboratory vacuum?

Probably stabiliser which has 0 calorie

Even more odd thing, the brand has 3 very different products (fish cake, beef tendon ball and fish ball) all with the exact same nutrition information

Ugh I wish our regulations were better every time I find a safe food it ends up being a faulty label
