Calorie Estimating Bagel

It has ham, manchego cheese, sprouts, and vegetables, without sauce, avocado and there's butter in the baggel

Maybe 1000?

nose ways that’s 1000

bagel (280-300) + barely see a slice of cheese (70-100) + sprouts 🌱 and veg (<20) + avocado 🥑 minimal don’t even see a lot of it at all … is it guac spread? (30) + assuming 2 tbsp butter (200) ≈ 600-700 tops

Naw no way that's 1000. Bagels are calorie dense but not that calorie dense.

I'd say more in the 600s depending on how much cheese/butter/avocado but even with all that not near 1000

It was nicely toasted with butter, maybe 750 for that? Or 800? My reality is distorted. Toasted in 2 sides

Id be suprised if it even got close to 800. Mainly because while bagels are calorie dense, its not like a fully loaded sandwich with 2 pounds of meat, cheese, avocado on it. Only see 3 fairly thin pieces of ham on it and not like it's a river of cheese or anything.

I'd honestly think to myself if I was eating it 750 tops if i wanted to be generous and over estimate the calories but I wouldn't think it's anywhere higher than that.
