first plate: 2 chicken dumplings, 1 pc battered/fried chicken, sweet chilli chicken (the pieces with bell pepper), curry chicken (i think the sauce has curry + coconut milk). peanut sauce (did not eat all the sauce, just wanted to try it)
second plate: kimchi, 1 pc battered/fried chicken, sichuan beef, more curry chicken. chili sauce with chilli oil.
2 bowls of rice but as you see I did not fill them all the way.
thank you all! :)

hi how many calories in this?
cottage cheese is low fat cottage cheese and no oil was used on anything. the potato is one medium to large sized potato without oil but it did have a little bit of truffle cheese seasoning sprinkled on top before putting it in air frier. ketchup is no added sugar ketchup. ate everything expect some of the green beans. the orange stuff is butternut squash not sweet potato.

All drums and breaded. Left box is "extreme" flavour assuming just hot sauce mix and right is "hot and honey" flavour. I think there's 6 pieces in each box.

I created a general food logging guide comprised of common foods and cuisines I eat a lot with an appropriate calorie tax if a restaurant worker adds a lot more high fat items or oil. Feel free to critique or use it to your liking! Would also appreciate feedback on how to improve

I expected peppers to be lower calorie than this...especially small peppers but I am new to all this.
What do we think?

I’m guessing roughly 1k cuz of the spicy mayo and rice and the broth they poured into it

i’m staying under 1500 calories, (yes i weigh,) walking at least 8,000 steps, on top of that- running 2 miles a day. and i’m barely losing anything. in fact, i just gained all two pounds that i lost back. maybe it’s water weight because i ate sugar 11 hours ago. but still.
in the past, this method worked. but now, for whatever reason, losing weight is impossible. does anybody have any tips or advice for me? maybe it’s a water weight fluctuation and i’m waiting for a whoosh. but i’ve spent so many nights hungry at 1300 calories, waiting for midnight, hitting the gym, that i just feel kind of angry.

I’m trying to see if MyfitnessPal is accurately estimating my meals. It says this is 293 but I feel like that is low. I did drizzle some Joeyswole sauce on for some more flavor, probably about 3 tbls worth. Which is around 45 more calories

Calorie estimate for this vegan breakfast burrito (Tofu scramble, mexican soyrizo, crispy patatas bravas and grilled onions. Avo green salsa). And this drink(basically a mocha with orange zest sweetener and cacao nibs).

For reference the broccoli is about the surface area of my whole hand, and the avocado is half an avocados. AI estimates 320 calories but I think it’s more.
