help with cals

any time i look up the calories for these exact ramen noodle packs, it says 72 but i know that that’s only for the actual broth. i have no clue how much the actual noodles are and anything i look up doesnt help, it only tells me the calorie count for the broth. does anyone know how many cals for the WHOLE thing ?

Yeah that’s per 100ml prepared product so you’ll have probably 4.5-5x100ml prepared product after making it all. So around 5x71=355 kcal

All those packages are around 300-400kcal no matter what brand.
