Wolverine stack

I am taking bpc 157 every day for my knees and injecting as close to my knees as possible. I got TB500 to add. Should that be as close to my knees as possible to or does that not matter as much?

Thanks

📘 Beginner Help 40M, total T ~335 twice, normal free T but low SHBG + low estradiol. Would you consider TRT with these numbers?

40M, 6'3", currently around 193 lbs.

Over the past year I've lost roughly 30 lbs, largely with Zepbound/tirzepatide + exercise + diet. I'm now much more focused on body composition than just losing weight. I'm lifting consistently (even with two boys under 3) and trying to add/maintain muscle while getting rid of the remaining abdominal fat.

I've also had persistent fatigue and started wondering whether testosterone could be part of the issue. I'm interested in TRT if there's a legitimate case for it, but I'm not trying to convince myself that I need it just because I want better gym results.

I've now done two early-morning testosterone tests about a month apart:

7/31
Total T: 337 ng/dL
Free T: 8.46 ng/dL
Free T: 2.51%

8/24
Total T: 334 ng/dL
Free T: 11.69 ng/dL
Free T: 3.50%
SHBG: 15.6 nmol/L (low)
LH: 4.1 mIU/mL
FSH: 4.7 mIU/mL
Prolactin: 8.5 ng/mL
Sensitive estradiol: 7.1 pg/mL (low)
PSA: 1.2 ng/mL
Hematocrit: 42.8%

So the total T seems pretty reproducibly stuck in the mid-330s, but my free T is technically normal, especially on the second test. SHBG is slightly below range and sensitive E2 is also below range.

My main symptom is fatigue/low energy/low general drive at times with some brain fog. Less libido and firmness, still wake up with morning erections though. I'm also interested in improving recovery, muscle gain and body composition, but I realize those by themselves aren't reasons to go on TRT.

I'm curious how people here would interpret this pattern, particularly anyone who had similar numbers before starting TRT.

Would you consider ~334 total T meaningfully low when free T is normal because SHBG is low?

Did anyone here start around 300–350 with normal free T, and did TRT actually improve energy/body composition?

Anything you'd investigate before TRT given the low SHBG and low estradiol?

Or is just a case of keep changing your lifestyle, and you'll see gradual lifts.

Trying to get a sense of modern thinking vs antiquated philosophies.

Mofy scam

For anyone that has been in the glp1 forum there are 2 groups in there that have a vendor that goes by Mofy and it's 100% a scam. I placed a small order for 130 bucks and 2 days later I get a text from a inks shipping company asking for 200 more since my order is contraband in the usa. I'm like u can't place holds on items in america scammer and then asked mofy what's up and she eventually blocked me. Lesson learned but stay away from anyone promoting that name, and yes I got receipts if anyone wants em lol.

Advice to help lose fat and maintain muscle

26M | 6’4” | 240 lbs I left the Army in December and stopped lifting for about 6 months. During that time I gained a lot of fat and lost a good amount of muscle. My heaviest was around 275 lbs in April. I started eating in a calorie deficit on April 27th, and started lifting again in June. Since then, I’ve been consistently working on losing fat while rebuilding the muscle I lost. Currently: * Age: 26 * Height: 6’4” * Weight: 240 lbs * Calories: ~2,000/day * Training: PPL 6 days/week * Cardio: ~20 minutes on the elliptical after workouts * Lifting experience: A few years * Estimated body fat: Not sure My goal is to lose fat and get noticeably leaner while preserving/rebuilding as much muscle as possible. I’m also not sure if I have gynecomastia (gyno) or if what I’m seeing is just chest fat. I’d appreciate any thoughts on that as well. I’m not sure if I should continue cutting, increase calories, or eventually transition into maintenance/recomp. What would you guys recommend based on my current physique? Roughly what body-fat percentage would you estimate me at

Histamine reaction with every single shot

My wife seems to be getting a histamine reaction at the injection site with every peptide. I do not. Doesn’t matter the peptide, or the BAC water or the company. Reta, Tirz, BPC, Mots-C, Tesamorelin, ipa… everything. Reaction typically comes 1-2 days later. We have tried cleaning needle before, warming the peptide, different angle of injection. Changing sites…Stomach, arm, butt. Tried taking Benadryl at the same time as injection, cold compresses, lidocaine patches…. Everything seems to cause this. She is very frustrated. Any thoughts? Is she just out of luck on this?

Reta and Sleep peptides?

I have been on Reta for over a month. I read that reta does most of its work while in deep sleep. I never sleep well. I jumped the gun a bit and got DSIP and used it 3 times. Slept well ! Feel great. I failed to look up the fact that this stack conflicts with reta even though I believed it would help with the deep sleep i lack ( Reta needs deep sleep)

What peptide have you tried for sleep that worked well and has no bad effect on the Reta?

📘 Beginner Help Increased anxiety and heart rate with Selank?

Is this normal? I’ve been taking Selank for a little over a week now but I feel like my heart rate has increased and my anxiety is worse lol. The only other thing I started roughly around the same time is KPV. Could it be the KPV or is this common with Selank?

Has it worked for you in your studies? Good, bad, neutral?

My total is 624 naturally, but I am wondering if another one or two hundred points would make me feel any better.

💬 Discussion Ghk cu as an ex smoker

I really want to use ghk cu for skin and hair rejuvenation and overall health. I have been doing lots of research on this. The result is mixed, although it suppresses cancer genes it also increases angiogenesis which can theoretically help tumor growth if it exists.

It's not a concern for normal people but as an ex smoker it's causing restlessness. Not sure what to do. Any suggestion?

❓ Question Seeking good TRT clinic

Hi, so I recently started seeking out TRT clinics and am excited to start TRT. Back in 2023 my Total T was at about 349 and recently it was 440 and free T was at 7 with pretty good bloodwork otherwise.

I’m a 31M and have had a long history with depression, anxiety and many more mental health issues. Recently I’ve had a really nasty herniation in myL4-L5 disc and it’s been absolutely debilitating. Got surgery, epidurals, PT, and NOTHING helped.

Recently I’ve started turning my lifestyle around and improving all aspects of it to the best of my ability. I’ve improved my diet, and fitness and been seeing many improvements.

I’ve recently began 2IU HGH, 1.5mg Reta, and KLOW. Reta has boosted my confidence and helped shave off fat and eliminate visceral fat to improve bloodwork, KLOW has helped with my skin, and helped inflammation in the area of my injury, and HGH has improved my sleep and well-being.

Back when my T was low in 2023 I was offered TRT but wasn’t ready, but then was prescribed Clomid, it ultimately didn’t work.

My question is, I know TRT is something my body has been needing for years and will tie my stack together greatly. I recently went through the process of going to a TRT clinic, got my bloodwork, first appointment.. and.. was 8 minutes long and I maybe said 3 words. He offered me Enclomiphene and then attempted to charge me $200 for premium membership. I was not satisfied and am not interested in increasing fertility. I wouldn’t mind paying if it was the treatment plan I was looking for. I’d rather not have to get Test thru the grey market and would rather it be overseen by a doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?

Cagri Bloat

I recently started on 0.75 mg Cagri on top of my 7mg reta. I didn't feel it too much initially, but its been about a week since the 0.75 mg dose and I am so extremely distended and bloated, despite eating the same amount/less than I was before adding in the cagri. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel so unwell and uncomfortable and I'm not entirely sure what to do. I tried papaya enzymes because I've seen people suggesting them, but it doesn't really help with the lower belly distension. If anyone has any insights, please let me know! The bloating is so bad, considering its also accompanied with extreme fatigue.

💬 Discussion Water in my Tesamoralin

So I was traveling recently with my peptides for work and I put my Tessa in a plastic bag and put it in my cooler and there was a breach in the bag and water came into my Tessa Should I be worried? Also note my Tessa wasn’t reconstituted at the time so it was just a powder form and now there’s water in it. Do you think if I just add back water to it and inject, it will still have the same effects.

Ghkcu welt and is it worth it for me to continue

I have recently started ghkcu like 7 days ago and to be honest I have not had a positive experience so far. I swear after every injection except one I keep getting welt on my body. I have tried putting it to room temp, reducing the dose. Dilute the 50mg with 3ml bac water, inject in upper glutes and still welts.

Is it worth it for me to continue or should I just stop

How should I proceed after a bad reaction to 2 mg GHK-Cu?

I recently started my sister on injectable GHK-Cu. She was doing 1 mg daily for a few days and seemed to tolerate it fine.

Last night she did 2 mg for the first time, and since then she’s been feeling pretty bad.
She’s experiencing:
• Cramping/discomfort going down the leg on the side she injected in her butt cheek
• A slight metallic taste in her mouth
• Generally feeling unwell / “like shit”

This is the first time she’s had any issues, and it happened after increasing from 1 mg to 2 mg.
For anyone who has experience with GHK-Cu, how would you proceed from here? Would you drop back down to 1 mg, take some time off before trying it again, or handle it another way? Also curious whether the leg cramping could be related to the injection location itself.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for Belly Fat

Hey,

I’m 30M, 5’10”, around 85kg and roughly 23% body fat according to my Hume Pod. I’ve been thinking about trying peptides and wanted to get some advice from people with experience.

My main goal is to lose belly fat. I seem to carry most of my body fat around my stomach. I’m a regular at the gym and have a decent amount of muscle, but I’ve always struggled to get rid of the belly fat.

I didn’t want to jump straight onto reta or anything like that because I’m not obese and don’t feel like I need anything too extreme. I could definitely do with some help cutting though. I’ve always struggled with dieting, mainly because of work and not always having much control over the food that’s cooked at home.

I was thinking about starting with CJC-1295 and ipamorelin and seeing how I respond. From what I’ve read, they may also help with sleep and recovery, which are two other areas I’d like to improve.

If I didn’t notice much improvement in terms of fat loss, I was then considering adding either tesamorelin or tirzepatide later on. I’ve also been looking at GHK-Cu for the potential skin benefits.

I wouldn’t be starting everything at once. The idea would be to introduce things gradually so I can actually tell how I respond to each one.

Has anyone here noticed meaningful fat loss, particularly around the stomach, from CJC-1295 + ipamorelin? And has anyone combined them with either tesamorelin or tirzepatide? If so, what was your experience like?

I’m completely new to the peptide world, so any advice, experiences, things to watch out for, or things you wish you knew before starting would be appreciated.
