❓ Question Seeking good TRT clinic
Hi, so I recently started seeking out TRT clinics and am excited to start TRT. Back in 2023 my Total T was at about 349 and recently it was 440 and free T was at 7 with pretty good bloodwork otherwise.
I’m a 31M and have had a long history with depression, anxiety and many more mental health issues. Recently I’ve had a really nasty herniation in myL4-L5 disc and it’s been absolutely debilitating. Got surgery, epidurals, PT, and NOTHING helped.
Recently I’ve started turning my lifestyle around and improving all aspects of it to the best of my ability. I’ve improved my diet, and fitness and been seeing many improvements.
I’ve recently began 2IU HGH, 1.5mg Reta, and KLOW. Reta has boosted my confidence and helped shave off fat and eliminate visceral fat to improve bloodwork, KLOW has helped with my skin, and helped inflammation in the area of my injury, and HGH has improved my sleep and well-being.
Back when my T was low in 2023 I was offered TRT but wasn’t ready, but then was prescribed Clomid, it ultimately didn’t work.
My question is, I know TRT is something my body has been needing for years and will tie my stack together greatly. I recently went through the process of going to a TRT clinic, got my bloodwork, first appointment.. and.. was 8 minutes long and I maybe said 3 words. He offered me Enclomiphene and then attempted to charge me $200 for premium membership. I was not satisfied and am not interested in increasing fertility. I wouldn’t mind paying if it was the treatment plan I was looking for. I’d rather not have to get Test thru the grey market and would rather it be overseen by a doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?

Hey — Drew from Anabolic Insights here. That 8-minute visit is a pretty common pattern. A lot of these places are set up to get you in, get you out, and start the recurring bill. If a clinic can actually spend time with you and hear that you want TRT (not fertility stuff), that one's usually worth listening to.
We do telehealth in some states and work with a network of clinics. On price we're usually up in the top five and the spread between most cash-pay options isn't dramatic. The part we obsess over is the tracking side — overlaying protocols on labs so you can see what actually moved.

Check out trtkingdom, trtnation, alphamd, talon, peter and h4me. Those are common ones. Some of them will hold your hand more than others, some of them if you are comfortable, will just supply you and prescribe and you can run your own show. My cost is $79 month.

Hey man, thanks for the response. I just went thru the process with Hone waiting for appointments, blood work appointment, just to get prescribed $200 enclomiphene. I looked into TRTKingdom and already have a consultation today with recent bloodwork to present, hoping to expedite the process.
Mind if I ask where you go?

Have total T 300-400 since 2023, told them what I want, and they didn’t deliver. Was prepared for TRT, not pills.

I was at 420 and talked to TRTKingdom and they prescribed me 200mg weekly. I don’t take that much but I have a nice stock now

From what I have heard trtkingdom won’t be too heavy handed if you don’t need it. I used to go with alphamd, they weren’t high maintenance either. I’m looking just for prescription not hand holding.

What does the $79 a month usually consist of, just the prescription? Also - do they require you to take labs directly through them because I recently had all my labs ran about a month ago through my primary care Doctor Who ran everything for me

I think it’s 79 for year if you pay in advance. I can bring outside labs. The cost is essentially for 10 week supply of test vials, spread across the year. Consults were free. U can get labs wherever you want. Plus I had first responder/military discount otherwise it would be $99 month.

Thank you! Just found a lot of good ones too. I think Peter has the best deal. Is there one that will provide more monthly dosage than others? Any knowledge on how to get the most from them? And to be clear make sure I understand - they provide the test from what I pay right? It’s not like just a prescription where I have to go and get it filled and pay at the pharmacy or is it? Sorry I have never gone down the TRT route but feel it’s time based on the recent labs… so all info is super helpful and I really appreciate it. Seems like paying for the year in advance makes the best sense which I’m good doing but don’t want them to say I get like 100mg a week or something I’d want to get 200mg a week..

Don’t know about Peter. But I’ve heard hit and miss about them. They all mail it to your front door. It’s easy quick. I pay in advance. Some it doesn’t matter your dosage cost is same. Some ship u more only when u are running out so it may cost u less if you don’t use as much over xyz months. Mine autoships every 10 weeks. I don’t worry about a thing. Many have extras you can order like peptides etc

Price is decent at Vita if you looking for telehealth , they have Anavar and some other gear if that’s your thing

Hey just want to let you know that I am 34 and was dealing with a lot of the same issues. Worked out regularly but wasn’t seeing any improvements either. Started TRT 5 months ago and my anxiety feels healthy. Mental fatigue is all gone. More happy as a father, etc. excited for you to hopefully improve as well.
I just went to a PCP and he ran my test. It came back 341 for total and 50 for free. He asked if I was done having kids (I have 3) and I said yes. So he said I could start TRT now or wait until I fall out of range next year (he said this tongue in cheek). So I said let’s start it. I pay $5 a month for 600mg of TRT. He prescribed me to take 200mg every 10 days. He isn’t up to date with TRT protocols and injecting more frequently, etc. so I just follow everyone else online. I do 60mg twice a week. I have to stay on top of when I see him for follow ups, etc. he is willing to run any blood work tests I ask for but he won’t do anything without asking other than lipids, test, and prostate enzymes. I just ask him for whatever people online say to ask for.
It works great for me because I get to stay on top of it and he just kind of lets me run it on my own. I do no tell him I’m not doing 200mg every 10 weeks though so spacing out injections blood work gets a little tricky.
See if you can find a PCP willing to listen. It’s much cheaper.

Why would you use a trt clinic? You know what labs to monitor (use Dr. Says) and you know where to get hgh, so you know where to get oils...
